Repairs & Routine maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of fully automatic electrically operated lifts 08 Passenger capacity having dual power operated door, automatic levelling device and microprocessor based simplex collective control system with repair and replacements of unserviceable parts such as bearings,brushes, all types of shoes, headers, hangers, door cards,door locks, control cards, door ropes, connector/ links, hall push buttons and its spares covers, rewinding of motors, welding of cracked/ broken parts repair replacement of door safety edge working at any principal and any type sensor or mechanical safety lock magnetic lock or contact COP buttons, Hall push buttons, car position indicator, door sill, car door sill,shaft wiring cables, cabin light, cabin fan, repairs/fixing of broken granite cladding with edge chamfered / rounded matching with exisitng with cement mortar 1:4, including mirror, red/green carpet in cabin complete etc including necessary wiring and cables as per requirement for safe operation of lifts to ensure safety and smooth operation of lifts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge at Varuna Bldg (total 02 nos lift)
Dismantling and taking out unserviceable car door from car cabin supplying & fixing new car door comprising of 02 Nos power operated center opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel of 18 SWG with hair line finish flush type panels complete with removable header, hanger door drive unit with full beam infra red sensor upto full length of car door aluminium sill VVVF connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Dismantling and taking out unserviceable existing landing door from various floors with its header, lock, brake, safety contact, MS cill etc & supply and fixing new stainless steel 18 SWG center opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel auto door for landing & car complete with header, cill, brackets, bearings, safety contact electro magnetic gate lockset complete all as per existing size and design including necessary cutting, opening in masonry work & making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Supplying & fixing emergency alarm system hooter assembly on ground floor landing complete with PCB card battery charging unit and speaker including necessary control electric connection wiring with COP and control panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Supply & fixing in replacement LED light 3/6 watt square/circle type fixed to existing lift car ceiling with complete wiring and all required necessary items complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Supplying & fixing new car operating panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Replacement of existing unserviceable landing push button box complete with stainless steel plate push buttons, combined digital position indicator and arrow indicator complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Supply and fixing in replacement of car door operator VVVF drive with all accessories suitable for 15 KW capacity in existing panel and connected with existing system includig testing and commissioning completefor smooth and jerk free working of lift complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Complete lift Machine Overhauling by opening of Gear, removing old dirty oil, cleaning & Replacing of new Gear oil refitting of the same with new packing & adjustment of thrust bearing & keeping it into perfect working order complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Mannual operation of electrically operated lifts fully automatic capacity 08 passengers/ Goods lifts whenever required of any capacity to serve any Nos of floor 08 hrs daily in Two shift from 0600 Hrs to 1400 & 1400 HRS TO 2200 Hrs including Sundays & holidays ( 2x Shifts) (reliever shall be provided to the attendent by the contractor on sundays and holidays) including taking care from any pilferage, theft or damage of lifts etc complete all as directed for the following buildings:- VARUNA BLDG PCDA(Navy) Note:- One lift operator to be employed in one bldg per shift. NOTE: (Building 02 Nos, 11 Months) = 11 X 2 = 22
Note for item No 10.00 (i) Minimum qualification for lift operator should be ITI or equivalent certified course from state govt or central govt recognized institute. (ii) Each lift operator should be provided with uniform and items required for cleaning of cabin like cleaning solution, clothes, plastic chair etc. (iii) List of lift operator cum rescue operator employed should be submitted along with Police verification, Educational qualification, address proof, bank account details, experience, training certificate and shall obtain approval from Engineer-in-charge before incorporating in work.
(iv) Lift operator should also have practical experience and shall posses thorough knowledge to rescue the passenger in case of emergency if anybody gets trapped in lifts with the help of lift operator. (v) Payment to Lift operator shall be done through aadhar linked bank account through IMPS/RTGS/NEFT only and wages which shall not be less than minimum fare wages as per Act in vouge. The contractor shall submit payment proof to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming any payment. After entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge the payment action shall be processed further. (vi) Lift operator shall report at lift cell as per the shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to JE E/M in-Charge or Lift Cell in-Charge. In case of emergency he will function according to their direction. If he is found absent or moved without intimating to in-Charge of Lift Cell or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery to this effect for Rs. 1500/- per shift shall be affected. (vii) Payment as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addition to the penalty as specified above.
(viii) In case of malfunctioning if any noticed, lift operator shall intimate to the lift cell. (ix) In case of any necessary rescue operation or in emergency situations, lift operator shall be capable of rescuing the passenger and reacting to the situation (in emergency situations) Rescue operator engaged for rescue operation shall immediately attend the comlaint within 30 minutes failing which penality at Rs. 500/- per hour or part there of shall be levied. (x) Contractor shall submit the labour licenece as applicable as per latest laws/acts & Copy of GST Regn registered number issued by concerned authority. (xi) Insurance coverage, compensation if any applicable or necessiated due to mis operation of lift shall be the responsibility of contractor. the quantum of compensation shall be assessed based on the BOO comprising of Lift Inspector of Maharashtra State representatives of both agencies carrying out M&O works and routine maintenance work of lift and members from department. (xii) Duty roaster for lift operator cum rescue operator should be submitted before starting of month and shall obtain approval from Engineer-in-charge.
(xiii) The bidders are advised not to quote rate less than minimum fair wages as circulated by competent authority . If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost item Nos 10.00 i.e Rs.8,53,036.00 the lowest bidder will have to depost FDR/BGB as elaborated herein after in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid (cover No 2). (xiv) The deposited amount shall be the difference between estimated cost i.e Rs.8,53,036.00 and amount quoted by lowest bidder for respective item. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work. If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages to employees, the department shall have right to with hold the said amount which will beverified by GE. The decision of Accepting Officer regarding amont to be withheld shall be final and binding. The withheld amount will be utilised by GE for payment to employees if contractor fails to pay minimum wages and balance amount if any shall only be released. If the lowest bidder fails to deposit the amount as stated above within 07 days, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid shall be rejected. The contractor shall submit 03 Nos of BGNs/FDRs of equal amount as mentioned above. The BGBs/FDRs validity shall be 04 months, 08 month & 12 months respectively for the purpose of encashment release as the case may be. (xix) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliver wherever sundays & holidays are mentioned for working.
