Repair and maintenance of balance 56 Nos Rollers of under sluice gate, spillway gate and HR gates of Beehar Barrage, Sirmour.

NCSR Item no.1- Repair and maintenance /over hauling of wheel Bogie Rollers of Under sluice/spillway /HR gates by Detaching lock Plates From Wheel Bogie And Pulling out Central roller Pin By using mechanical means such as Hydraulic jack / Pusher. Taking out Spherical Bearing by opening of Keeper Plate and Roller Assembly for its cleaning. Cleaning of old spherical roller Bearing by using karosin / Restolene etc .Removing of rust, old Greese, silt, sludge & to make Roller Free for moving in its position. Greasing of old spherical Bearing and fixing in its position after complete cleaning/ washing with karosin assembling Roller by fixing of cover plate /keeper plate i/c providing &replacement of O-Seal of size OD 150-ID 120, Rubber Ring 6mm dia. O seal retainer & rubber ring should be of Standard make as Specified in drawing . Checking of Roller to ensure its free movement before mounting and fixing In wheel Bogie . Painting wheel bogie and roller with two coat of Zink Rich primer & two coat of MIO paint. Mounting of Roller assembly in wheel Bogie and pushing roller Pin By mechanical means and fixing of lock plate etc. comp. Checking of Roller alignment after installation for free movement over Roller track .The Rates will include all cost of labour and material like making of plate form /scafolding, cleaning materials, rubber seal, and standard make nut& Bolts, minor and special T&P and statutary Tax and operation of gates .The work shall be completed as per instruction and satisfaction of engineer in charge. (the size of Roller of various gates are as under). (1) under sluice gate 410 mm x 100 mm (2) Spillway gate 410 mm x 100 mm (3) HR gate 380 mm x 95 mm )

NCSR Item3-Operation of stop log gate for repairing of Rollers of wheel bogies of Barrage gates inclu - des shifting ,lowering and lifting of stop log, operation of gantry/Mono rail Crane .The Rate should be inclu sive of cost of operator, Electrician, fitter, and labour required during work, minor elect rical rectification req. for operation of crane. (For rectification spares will be provided by depart ment free of cost) , cost of Diver req. during placing /rem- oving of stoplog ,Tools &plants, safety applia nces etc. Comp. The work includes placing of stop logs required to close complete gate opening and should be completed asper satisfaction of Engineer in charge . (one job means operation of stoplog set i/c lowering and hoisting for one bay)

UCSR of WRD (8.25.1)-Providing fabrication machining with straightening work of guide tee, track, sealing frame, leaf frame or any part of gate's, complete as per drawing with machinery, labour, tools and tackles cutting, aligning, welding, finishing, cleaning etc., applying one coat of Zinc rich epoxy primer and two coats of cold applied coal tar epoxy paint, etc, complete as per specifications and approved drawings with all lead and lifts, including packing & forwarding, transportation charges for structural steel components and other material.

UCSR of WRD (8.29) - Providing of high tensile MS Nut bolts of required size and type, as per specifications with testing, including all lead and lifts, packing & forwarding charges for all components etc. Complete.
