Chipping of concrete & roughening the surface., Complete Complying as per direction of the departmental officers.

Dismantling Brick/ Stone Masonry clearing away the debris and filling in the Low laying areas in the campus etc., Complete Complying as per direction of the departmental officers.

Clean removal of cement plaster from walls and racking out joints 20mm deep as per standard specifications.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M-sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for flooring and wearing coat including laying 3mx3m size box type including centering,compacting,finishing the top with power trowel and curing, etc complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing expansion joint at 5mtr intervals across the flooring by cutting the grooves 6mm wide and full depth of concrete by contractors own mechanical means and filling the gap with polysulphide sealent and adding admixtures recron 3s for crackfree construction at the rate of 125 gms pack per 50 kg of cement with all lead, lift and other incidental works, etc complete and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.

Providing of stack plan by using two coats of enamel paint of width 100mm including cleaning the surface, marking, tape fixing, all labour charges and all materials cost and all other incidental expenses etc., complete complying as per standard specification.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 13-15cm dia casuarinas post of 4m over all length (3m length + 0.5m projection + 0.5m into the ground) the distance between two rows being 1.5m and the spacing of the post being 2.0m in both rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m.Overlap on either side and braces at 2.0m center to center including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step and providing platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc., complete complying with standard specification.

8.00m to 10.50m height

Removing damaged AC sheet and Supplying and fixing 6mm thick asbestos cement sheets by removing the old damaged sheets including cost of sheets, U or J bolts, nuts and labour charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers. The old sheets should be take over by the contractor on buyback policy.

Brick work in following Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality of Second Class Ground Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" / Fly Ash Bricks of size 230mm x 110mm x 70mm including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

SuperStructure in Ground Floor upto 4.5m

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Repair and Servicing the Existing wornout wooden/iron, Ventilators / mesh mild glass etc.., including cost of replacing materials and labour charges etc.., including cost of weld mesh complete complying with standard specifications.

Repairs in the Manual Rolling Shutters of size 1.80m x 2.44m and replacing the Exisiting worn out spares like M.S tension spring, small lathe, empty pully and double ball bearing, locking arrangements and also servicing the gear box and shutter for smoothening function and pull operation etc,. including cost of replacing materials labour charges etc complete complying with standard specification.

Painting old wood works with two coats of best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour ( the colour and quality should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before use on works) the rates inclusive of removing of old paint from doors, windows and wood works by manual labour including cost of brushes, scaffolding charges, finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers during execution of work.

Painting old iron works two coats such as steel doors, windows, steel grills, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint in all floors, etc., including removing old paint from iron surface with sand paper, complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before use on works)

Painting the walls with Plastic emulsion paint two coats over one coat of primer including thorough scrapping as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The colour and shade of the emulsion paint shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).
