ALMIRAH STEEL LARGE FD-67 (M)/351/1031

Taking out unserviceable broken leg from almirah steel large and supply & fixing new leg made out of plain back iron sheet1mm thick of suitable size and welded including applying two coats of spray paints with olive green synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as shown on drawing.

Taking out old unserviceable lock without damaging the adjacent parts of almirah and supply & fixing new MS lock Godrej/link (Including duplicate keys of stainless steel of size 65mm to Almirah large steel complete all as shown on drawing.

Taking out old unserviceable handles without damaging the adjacent parts of almirah and supply & fixing new steel chromium plated handles 150 mm long of approved quality complete all as shown on drawing.

Supply and fixing steel almirah cover (for locking system) made out of 1mm thick MS sheet to required size and shape as per drg suitable for three way locking device and fixed with suitable size of MS screws including applining two coats of spray paints with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as shown on drawing.

Dismantling carefully and taking out old unserviciable/damaged shelf of almirah large steel and supply & fixed of new shelf made out of MS sheet 1mm thick band to required shape & size and welding the same properly in position including applining two coats of spray paints with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer and complete all as shown on drawing.

Dismantling carefully and taking out unserviciable/damaged door single leaf of Almirah large steel and supply and fixining new door single leaf made out of MS sheet 1mm thick to the required shape and size and applining two coats of spray paints internally and externally with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer and complete all as shown on drawing.

CHAIR VERANDAH STEEL (FD-19/256)

Removing of unserviciable/torn nylon newar/ plastic cane/PVC Shoes from existing chair and supply & recanning with new plastic cane 4mm wide 1/2 round of approved quality all as directed irrespective of what is shown on drawing including painting the frame with one coat of white synthetic enamel paint before recanning including S & F PVC shoes to the legs comlete all as directed and rest all as per drawing.

CHAIR TUBULAR STEEL WITHOUT ARM (FD-75M)

Removing of existing old unserviceable seat and supply & fixing new seat made out of teak wood frame duly canned, Godrej patten and applying two coats of high glossy French Polish fixed with new screws complete and rest all as per drawing.

S&F MS cleats of size 25 mmx 50mmx3 mm thick, welded to frame of seat of chair duly painted with one coat of OG synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete and as shown on drawing.

CHAIR TUBULAR STEEL WITH ARM (FD-75M)

Removing of existing old unserviceable seat and supply & fixing new seat made out of teak wood frame duly canned as per Godrej patten and applying two coats of high glossy French Polish and fixed with new screws complete all as shown on drawing .

Removing of existing broken unserviceable arm and supply & fixing new arm of 2nd class hard wood of suitable size and applying two coats of high glossy French Police fixed with new screws complete all as shown on drawing.

S&F MS cleats of size 25 mmx 50mmx3mm thick, welded to frame of seat of chair duly painted with one coat of OG synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as shown on drawing.

TABLE (3' X 2') WITH DRAWER & WITHOUT DRAWER (FD-1007/1008)

Removing of old/broken table top and supply & fixing new table top of suitable size, made out of 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board bonded with phenol formaledyde synthtic resin, exterior grade , one side with approved shade and balancing with lamination on other side with and including all around teak wood beading of 4mm x 18 mm size fixed with fevicol and panel pins and duly given a coat of high glossy french polish and applying one coat of OG synthetic enamel paint on the steel frame complete and rest all as per drawing.

Removing of old broken drawer from existing table 3’x2’ and providing new steel drawer made of 1mm thick PBI sheet duly painted with two coats of OG synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as directed and shown on drawing..

Removing the existing unserviceable lock from the drawer of table and supply & fixing new brass lock, with duplicate keys complete.

Removing of old broken drawer from existing table office clerk steel and providing new steel drawer made out of 1mm thick PBI sheet duly painted one coat with synthetic enemal paint over one coat primer as directed by Engr-in-Charge and rest all as per drawing.

Removing the existing unserviceable lock from the drawer of table and supply & fixing new brass lock with duplicate keys complete and rest all as per drawing.

TEAPOY VERANDAH (FD-255)

Removing of old/broken table top and supply & fixing new top of suitable size, made of 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board bonded with phenol formaledyde synthtic resin, exterior grade-I , one side with approved shade and balancing with lamination on other side with and including all around teak wood beading of 4mm size fixed with adhesive and panel pins and duly given a coat of high gloss french polish complete and rest all as per drawing.

Preparation of old steel surface of teapoy verandah and welding loose joints, if any including de-rusting the surface and painting with one coat of white synthetic enameled paint as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

TABLE COMPUTER

Removing of old/broken table top and supply & fixing new top of suitable size, made of 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board bonded with phenol formaledyde synthtic resin, exterior grade , one side with approved shade and balancing with lamination on other side with and including all around teak wood beading of 4mm size fixed with adhesive and panel pins and duly given a coat of high gloss french polish complete as per drg.

Removing of old broken drawer from existing table computer and providing new 18mm thick pre laminated particle board drawer should 75mm deep on telescopic channel as directed by Engr-in-Charge and rest all as per drawing.

Removing of old broken key board from existing table computer and providing new 18mm thick pre laminated particle board key board tray on telescopic channel as directed by Engr-in-Charge and rest all as per drawing.18mm thick prelaminated particle board .

Preparation of old steel surface of table computer and welding loose joints, if any including de-rusting the surface and painting with one coat of synthetic enameled paint as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All steel and iron surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of automotive paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces to obtain smooth painted surfaces.

CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH PLY TOP (FD-220)

Removing of old UNSV existing plytop from Charpoy GI Pipe with plytop complete and S&F 12 mm thick of size 900x1980 mm ply shall be fitted on two numbers MS stiffner of size 870mm x 35mm x 5mm thick with 12 Nos nut and bolts galvanised of appropriate size of washer. New plytop BWR ISI make Century/Green ply marked complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Taking out old broken existing long rail by unscrewing from GI charpoy without damaging the adjacent parts and S & F new long rail of GI pipe 32mm bore (nominal dia) Medium Grade duly threaded both ends up to the required length and fitted to the frame of GI Charpoy complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Taking out old broken existing short rail by unscrewing from GI charpoy without damaging the adjacent parts and Fixing short rail made out from long rail (reterived from Item No. 11.02 here-in-before) duly cut and threaded both ends up to the required length and fitted to GI charpoy frame complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Taking out old broken existing leg by unscrewing from GI charpoy without damaging the adjacent parts and Fixing leg made out from long rail & short rail (reterived from Item No 11.02 & 11.03 here-in-before) duly cut and threaded one top end up to the required length and other one provided with 2mm thick MS round Sheet of size be welded inside the bottom end including S & F 02 Nos FI clamps of size 25 x 3 mm to leg and treated with two coats of black paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Taking out existing unserviceable/ broken GI check nut from existing charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing 32mm bore check nut medium grade complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Taking out existing unserviceable GI elbow from the charpoy GI pipe and supply & fixing new ISI marked 32mm dia, 3 way, GI elbow, medium grade compete all as specified and shown on drawing.
