M/L for Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete in any type of soil all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing rusted/worn out MS cross arm, angle, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers and supply and fixing new MS Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any type, shape or as indicated and directed inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer and one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping of poles including necessary form work and finished the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

In case, GI protection pipe required is less than 7.50m, no price adjustment shall be made. (iii) PCC Pit shall be provided at least 500mm away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings, junctions, elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, armoured, heavy duty underground electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 10 sq mm 2 core confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I-1988) laid in trenches, along poles through pipes etc. including taking out old unservicable cable complete all as specified. Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI pipe and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately (ii) Road cutting/ floor cutting/ cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/ fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Material & labour for Preparation of steel surfaces for steel tubular electric poles, swan neck pole of HT/LT over head line and all mild steel clamps, cross arms work on poles with one coat of superior aluminium paint including necessary preparation of surfaces and painting of alternate strips with white and blue for LT and black and red for HT pole and five Nos of synthetic enamelled paint strip of 30 cm height upto 1.5 mtr above PCC benching /coping complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing of Automatic street light switch using infrared sensor based nature switch for automatic switching of street lights, nature switch operation should be based on natural light lux level. Required illumination level for switching on is <30 lux and for switching off >10 lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility for 4-12 hours. M&L for maintenance and servicing of DG Set of capacity 7.5 KVA to 75 KVA complete including draining out of diesel from tank, cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel, draining out engine oil from the chamber, cleaning the chamber thoroughly and refilling the same with new engine oil to required level, replacing the fuel filter, lubricating oil filter, check & clean air cleaner, change air cleaner elements, check coolant level & make up the same, drain the Fuel filter & water separator, filling the starting batteries with electrolyte/distilled water to maintain the required specific gravity, replace the unserviceable brass connectors for batteries, cleaning of battery terminals & applying petroleum jelly to battery terminal posts & brass connectors, changing of V-belts, changing rubber hoses and clips of air cleaner, checking of exhaust leakage, governor, breathers etc, adjust/set the same for proper functioning of DG Set, checking of fuel, oil and water/coolant level etc, adjusting and keeping the fan belts to the desired tension, tightening all the bolts and nuts to the required torque etc, cleaning the DG Set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer and test for satisfactory running of DG set for two hour at connected load & record shall be made in respect of RPM, oil pressure, oil temperature, coolant temperature, voltage, frequency, load current, battery charging, fuel consumption etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Repairs/overhauling to DG set control panel consisting of 02 Nos of ACBs for automatic operation on failure of main supply, standby supply of DG set No 1, adjustment to ACB control panel, reconnecting of LT cables after providing of new cables lugs , nuts and bolts etc complete in and including the following repair works :- (a)Taking out LT ACBs 02 Nos of 1600 Amps rating from control Panel after switching off electric supply.Checking of mechanical system for proper functioning of ACB mechanisim, clenaing of ACB using vaccume cleaner or air compressors, blowers, brush etc removing of dirt, clenaing the mechnisim using CRC spray and fixing the same back to its original position and making it functional complete all as directed at site. (b) Making the DG set control panel(AMF) fully functional to start DG set on failure of main supply and switch off the DG set automatically on restoration of main supply. Notes : Major Spare Parts like ACBs, MCCBs shall be measured and paid seperately, all minor spare parts shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rates , nothing extra shall be payable in this regard

Supply, installation, connecting and testing in replacement of existing Radiator of 250 KVA DG set installed at SS-3 of technical area complete all as per existing having copper tube and all accessories required for connecting and making DG serviceable. Testing of DG set shall be carried after fixing of radiator complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Fuel for testing of DG set shall be filled by the Deptt, 2. Dummy Load for testing of DG set shall be arranged by the contractor. 3. Cost for testing of DG set shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rates, nothing extra shall be payable in this regard
