Carrying of 1 No. departmental power distribution panel board, cable from store to different controlling station and return to store including storage after mela as per direction of EIC.

Installation of power distribution panel boards for power supply from WBSEDCL in different substation including electrical inter connection from departmental Panel Board to WBSEDCL Panel Board for LT. Distribution line including proper earthing arrangement complete as per direction of EIC.

Drawing the power line from generating station to controlling switch by necessary required length of departmental supplied PVC insulated aluminum wire including interconnection with earthing arrangement as per IE Rules i.e. generator to elec. accessories of the temporary Controlling station.

Carrying & installation of 30 KVA/ 20 KVA/ 10 KVA gen set at different places of mela ground with the help of tools & tackles, hiring of caretc as per direction of EIC & back after completion the Maghipurnima Mela by hiring car inlcuding loading and unlaoding complete.

Supplying on hire basis truck mounted eco friendly silence in operation generating set with controlling panel, main switch, change over switch and necessary battery as per requirement and properly installed in suitable position as per direction of EIC with earthing complete including guarding arrangement complete for 24hrs

Carrying charges of luminaries and accessories of fixed type High Mast from Ganga Sagar store to different site i.e. Kiosk cluster, K1 bus stand and K2 bustand by hiring of car and all other necessary arrangement as per requirement

Fitting fixing of the luminaries (9 Nos.) on the lighting tower by engaging skilled technician and laying of the departmental supplied PVC insulated Aluminium Armoured cable with all interconnection complete with testing of the same as per direction of the EIC.

Running and maintenance of generating set in full load balance by supply of fuel, lubricants, sundries , skilled staff etc and including all other materials required to complete the work with all electrical connection complete= 3 days x 125.5Kw x 10hrs. [37.5 kw x 1 + 24kw x 1 + 16kw x 3 + 8kw x 2]

Supply on hire bases 4.88 M long 100 mm.. Dia. (AV). Bamboo post and erecting the same at different places in pilgrim shed as per IE rules and direction of EIC (AV distance from post to post is 20 M.)

Drawing of L.T. distribution line on salbollah/ P.C.C. post by P.V.C insulated aluminum wire of size 16 sq. mm to 50 sq. mm for medium pressure line as per IE rules and ISS by supplying skilled labour and line drawing apparatus etc. and all other necessary materials required to complete the work as per direction of E.I.C.

Providing on hire basis including supplying laying and transportation charges of 7/20 or 4 sq.mm 1.1 KV grade single core PVC insulated and sheathed standed aluminium wires/cables including dismantling the same after completion of the work.

Erection of steel tubular pole inside sea beach area (overall length 11 meter) on hire basis by excavation of earth of any kind of soil 2.5 mtr Depth below ground level with proper pilling at different places at sea beach with all protection to avoid accidents as per IE rules & as per direction of EIC complete (each pole should be properly earthed) on or before 23.02.2026

Making canopy type LED lighting arrangement at mela ground with different coloured (yellow/ Blue/Red) LED light to be fixed by suitable G.I. wire across the road with all interconnection complete for the entire mela period for 3 days

Carrying charges for 215 watt/ 100 watt luminaries and accessories for Sea Beach 1 to 5, Road No.1 to Road No 5, K1 bus stand, K2 bus stand, Buffer Zone and Kachuberia from Ganga Sagar store to work site by hiring of car and all other necessary arrangement as per requirement and back to stoe after completion of work.

Fitting fixing the above departmental luminaries on PCC pole and steel tubelar pole and electrical connection complete and dismantling after completeion of mela.

Fitting fixing of 150 watt LED street light fixture in existing PCC poles at different place of road,on hire basis for 3 days(3 days x 150 fittings per day)

Drawing of flood light points on PCC poles and salbollah post from different feeder line to roads, sea beach as directed by EIC with the supply of 400 W. SON lamp and fixture and 400 watt. Sodium vapour lamp with shade including 7/20 PVC flexible wire for looping and all other required materials complete (damage materials will have to be replaced by the agency at their own cost for 3 days = 3 days. x 60 Pts

Supply & fitting fixing of 2 PIN 5 amps plug point for mobile chargers & 3 pin 15amps plug point for special purpose on hire basis.

Maintenance of controlling station by engaging skilled labour for operation of the controlling switch for 3 days as per direction.

Guarding arrangement for the whole installation of the above items for the entire period round the clock with effect for 3 days

Carrying back the luminaries and accessories of fixed type High Mast to Ganga Sagar PHE store after dismantling the luminaries, accessories, cable etc. at by hiring of car and all other necessary arrangement after completion of Mela
