M & L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls including brooming down or scraping down with steel wire brushes of smoke spots, moulds, moss effloerent salts and treading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white (lime) wash complete all as spec ified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of ceiling including brooming down or scraping down with steel wire brushes of smoke spots, moulds, moss effloerent salts and treading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white (lime) wash complete all as spec ified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of ceiling including brooming down or scraping down with steel wire brushes of smoke spots, moulds, moss effloerent salts and treading oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of white (lime) wash complete all as spec ified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for complete scraping down of old decorative surface of walls with steel wire brushes of smoke spots, moulds, moss efflorecent salts and applying complete wall with 2mm POP/Birla putty and making smooth surfaces and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old surface of ceiling and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint over wooden surfaces including preparation of old surfaces over 10cm width or girth all as specified and directed

M & L for painting one coat synthetic enamel paint on steel surface including preparation of old surface of any description , over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surface etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water all as specified and directed.

M & L for Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying two coat of luster paint over existing luster paint surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : The shade/pattern as approved by the Engineer -in-Charge.
