Dismantlimg & removing of the old damaged materilas like Marble,Mossic floor,Tile & Granite flooring etc. as per the reqiurment at site at any height including scaffolding, disposing the same materials at specified place including supplying of all labours, materials, T&P etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST ).

Providing ,fitting fixing of partly Gypsum board and partly microlook edged false ceiling or full Microlook edged false ceiling with using 12mm to 15mm thick Gypsum board of size (1800mm X 1200mm ) & 12mm to 15mm thick light weight densified Microlook edged false ceiling tiles of size (595mm X 595mm) with using of GI Channels like main parameter GI channel of size (25mm X 25mm X 0.70-1.00mm) ,GI Cross channel at 25mm X 63mm X 0.70-1.00mm), GI main Channel 50mm X 12mm X 0.70-1.00mm) ,GI hanger 600mm C/C of size (25mm X 12mm ) , GI fastner 8mm dia, GI clips , GI wall angle of (25mm x 25mm ), Microlook grid channel (50mm/55mm X 15mm) fastner with GI rod/GI wire all Screws clips etc. with supply of all fittings , T&P, Labour, Materials including Two coats of Putty one coat primer & two coats of Plastic Emulsion painting.As per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Excluding GST ).N.B.-Only the plan area will be measured for payment . No extra payment will be made for cutouts ,grooves,mouldings etc.

Scrapping, sand preparing & cleaning with surf/soda the surface where found necessary before Putty including all cost, supplying of all labour, materials, T&P, scaffolding at any height all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Excluding GST )

Preparing & applying of Two coat Inside wall putty (Birla wall putty/Asian wall putty) Sand preparing & cleaning the Wall surface & filling the joints & holes and with putty before paint including all cost, supplying of all labour, materials, T&P, scaffolding at any height all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Excludicng cost of GST)

Panting one coat of Primer over prepared putty surface before paint including all cost, supplying of all labour, materials, T&P, scaffolding at any height all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Excludicng cost of GST)

Panting two coats of Plastic emulsion paint( asian paint Royal/Berger silk/Nerolac immession) over prepared primer surface with approved quality & shed before paint including all cost, supplying of all labour, materials, T&P, scaffolding at any height all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Excludicng cost of GST)

Providing, applying of four layer 3D epoxy flooring including all cost, supplying of all labour, materials, T&P, scaffolding at any height all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Excludicng cost of GST) after due cleaning of surface and laying of the same i.e. epoxy flooring etc complete. The Colour and shade will be approved by the Engineer-in-charge and after that the flooring will be laid.

Partion ( Gypsum Board )Providing & fixing In position in partion wall by Gypsum Board 12mm thick for horizontals & Verticals fixed over G.I. frame work as specified by India Gypsum Co. Ltd. Including trap doors for A.C. unit in 18mm thick Marine Grade Plywood with Stainless steel hinges & locks with moulding 1"X1" for edges including finishing with white plastic Emulsion paint etc. at any height including scaffolding, disposing the same materials at specified place including supplying of all labours, materials, T&P etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST ).N.B.-Only the plan area will be measured for payment . Design supply & installation of suspended Spider Glazing system designed to withstand the wind pressure as per IS 875 (Part-III). The Suspended System held with Spider Fittings of SS-316 Grade Steel of approved manufacturer with glass panel having 12 mm thick clear toughened glass held together with SS- 316 Grade Stainless steel Spider & bolt assembly with laminated glass fins 21 mm thick. The Glass fins and glass panel assembly shall be connected to Slab/beams by means of SS- 316 Grade stainless steel brackets & Anchor bolts and at the bottom using SS channel of 50x25x2mm using fastener & anchor bolts, non staining weather sealants of approved make, Teflon/ nylon bushes and separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts, all complete to perform as per specification and approved drawings. The complete system to be designed to accommodate thermal expansion & seismic movements etc. The joints between glass panels (6 to 8 mm) and gaps at the perimeter & in U channel of the assembly to be filled with non staining weather sealant, so as to make the entire system fully water proof & dust proof. The rate shall include all design, Engineering and shop drawing including approval from structural designer, labour, T&P, scaffolding, other incidental charges including wastage, enabling temporary services all fitting fixers nut bolts, washer, Buffer plates, fastener, anchors, SS channel laminated glass etc. all complete. For the purpose of payment, actual elevation area of Glazing including thickness of joints and the portion of Glass panel inside the SS channel shall be measured, etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge [Excluding cost of GST].

Providing, fitting, fixing of 12mm thick Toughned glass with fixing of Stainless steel vertical & horizontal post of grade 304 of Handrail height of 0.90m with supply of all material,labourT&P, scaffolding at any height all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Excludicng cost of GST)

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. (c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners,SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium item.s The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete, as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places [Excluding cost of GST].

Providing and fixing, in position concealed G.I. section for wall paneling using board of required thickness fixed on the 'W' profile (0.55 mm thick) having a knurled web of 51.55 mm and two flanges of 26 mm each with lips of 10.55 mm, placed @ 610 mm C/C in perimeter channel having one flange of 20 mm and another flange of 30 mm with thickness of 0.55 mm and web of length 27 mm. Perimeter channel is fixed on the floor and the ceiling with the nylon sleeves @ 610 mm C/C with fully threaded self-tapping dry wall screws. Board is fixed to the 'W' profile with 25 mm countersunk ribbed head screws @ 200 mm C/C., all complete as per the drawing & directions of engineer-in-charge, the joints of the boards are finished with specially formulated jointing compound and 48mm wide jointing tape to provide seamless finish.Tapered edge calcium silicate board made with calcareous & siliceous materials reinforced with cellulose fiber manufactured through autoclaving process to give stable crystalline structure with compressive strength 225 kg/ sq.cm, Bending strength 100 kg/sq.cm. 10 mm thick [Excluding cost of GST].
