Demolition of cement concrete of any type of LT pole complete all as specified and directed at site

Dismantling of steel poles/ struts, any size complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fixing steel tubular pole, swaged, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug,bolts, nuts, washer and screws including painting with two coats of of aluminium paints over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded in PCC including numbering of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paints, type 410-SP-22 (8.5 meter long) complete all as specified and directed. Note - Earthwork and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

Supply and fixing in repairs mild steel galvanised stay assembly set complete comprising of 14mm dia, 400mm long stay bow, 1800 mm long stay rod 20mm dia, 300mm x 300mm x 6mm stay plate, thimble, GI stay wire of 7/8 SWG upto required length including loop type insulator of vitreous porcelain, small size with overall dimensions 90x140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm, all as shown in electrical plate No.1 of MES Schedule part-I 1991 complete all as directed.

M & L in repairs for Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of alminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as directed.

Supply and stringing in repair ACSR conductor of any size for LT over head line as directed including fixing to insulators with proper size of binding wire complete.

All as per ser item no 38 but GI wire 4 mm dia.

Supply and fixing in repair digital voltmeter, ranging from 0 to 500 Volts, including providing necessary electrical connections (to accommodate in panel board) complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair digital ammeter, ranging from 0 to 400 Amps (with CT of suitable ratio), including providing necessary electrical connections (to accommodate in panel board) complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs Indicator Lamps (LED type) including providing necessary electrical connections (to accommodate in panel board) complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Re-stringing Over Head Line ACSR Conductor and earth wire of any size and type on LT poles including disconnection on Existing Lines by un-binding at Each Pin/Shackle Type Insulator, re-fixing the same after stretching Conductor, removing excess Sag, maintaining proper distance between Conductors adjusting line dividers etc and cutting trimming of tree branches upto 2 mtr clear distance from wire, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, in soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, or for shafts, wells, manholes, pier holes,cable laying, sewage/water lines etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of underground cable line including spreading, leveling, well ramming completed all as specified and directed.

M&L sub class B brick,well burn laid bridth-wise along the length the cable laid in trench over sand cushion,laid for ug cable protection complete all as specified and directed at site.

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8 typr D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggegrate in foundation, filling and mass complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 typr C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggegrate in foundation, filling and mass complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggegrate in copings to poles & the like etc including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as complete all as specified and diected.

Disconnecting electrically nacked LT cables from LT Panle/Main switch board of any size by taking proper electric shut down,removing of cables from any type of soils/hard dense soil and cutting of unserviceable/overheated/nacked cable / thimbles etc and again for fixing of new aluminium lugs/copper lugs of any size up to 630 sqmm as required at site, insulation of all necked wires as per existing colour code, re-fixing/re-assembling as per existing system. Note :- (i) any addition/alteration required to be included in the quoted rate in the items. (ii) All consumable items such as thimbles, lugs, control wire up to 2 mtr is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour, painting of two pole structure consisting of 8.5/9 m long steel tubular poles including cross arms, clamps of any length and shape, for LT over head line, with two coats of aluminium paint including preparation of the existing surface including marking pole numbers in a 20cm dia circle and marking bottom of pole to 1.5 m height, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, painting of three pole structure consisting of 8.5/9 m long steel tubular poles including cross arms, clamps of any length and shape, for LT over head line, with two coats of aluminium paint including preparation of the existing surface including marking pole numbers in a 20cm dia circle and marking bottom of pole to 1.5m height, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for recharging of earthing by filling of common salt in earthing pits complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note: Recharging materials shall be soluble in water and to be filled/poured in earth pits after mixing in water in appropriate quantity.

Cutting bituminous road/path for passing of elect cable through GI pipes and making good to the cut surfaces by concreating with PCC 1:3:6 to match with the adjescent surfaces complete all as dircted at site.

Supply and fixing steel tubes, galvanised, light grade, ISI marked 40 mm bore for protection of cable under floor, road and on wall complete.

Supply and fixing steel tubes, galvanised, light grade, ISI marked 50 mm bore for protection of cable under floor, road and on wall complete.

Supply and fixing steel tubes, galvanised, light grade, ISI marked 80mm bore for protection of cable under floor, road and on wall complete.

Supply and fixing steel tubes, galvanised, light grade, ISI marked 100 mm bore for protection of cable under floor, road and on wall complete.

Rectyfing the any leakage the current in neutral/EN voltage by checking overhead line, jumpers, under ground cable, mcb,mccb with required manpower to reducing the leakage in permissible limit i.e upto 3 volt and balancing the three phase supply complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning around any E/M installations/ pole structures including removing all grass, creepers and other vegetations with roots on soil, hard standing and on chain link fencing complete all as directed and removing the rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed.

Cutting and trimming of branches n.exc 50 mm dia in size obstructing lumination of street light and touching line of LT and HT line all as directed.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size from any type of pole

S&F Pin Type Porcelain, Vitreous, Brown Insulator including one Galvanised Mild Steel Spindle, Two Galvanised Iron Washers and One Galvanised Iron Nut, 100mm Height, 65mm dia for 1100 Volt Grade, complete all as directed.

S&F shackle type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green Small size, with overall dimensions 50 x 65mm, clearance of hole 9 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green with overall dimensions 65 x 90mm, clearance of hole 16 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique/Manual and necessary machine suitable for 80/100 mm GI pipe complete all as specified and directed at site

Taking down old unsv/rusted/corroded LT junction box and Supply, installing, testing & commisioning outdoor type feeder pillar box suitable for 1.1 KV LT Bus Bar Chamber, CPRI approved made out of 3.15 mm CRCA mild steel sheet, powder coated, dust and vermin proof with rain water protection, double door type with locking arrangements of size not less than 0.6m x 0.5 m x 0.6m (Min) with provision of LT 1.1 KV post insulators, 4 Nos. fixed inside with suitable size of copper bus bars for cable connections and 1100 volts danger notice board on both sides, All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of Siemens grey RAL- 7035 shade, panel to be fixed at 45 cm above ground level on brick masonry plateform including 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as per direction by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 meter apart including 4 mm suspension GI wire, one twin core cable flat or circular with size 16 sqmm x 2 core complete all as specified and directed at site.
