Provision for providing/fitting/installation of departmental vehicle batteries, tyres to vehicles, chain pulley block, steel racks consumable items such as grease , bearings , nut bolts and switches,wires,sockets and lights etc. as per the requirement of the Sub.Division No.IV:-Providing of manual MS chain pulley block of 05 ton capacity with standard lift of 6 m of genuine make required for lifting heavy weights/gates/trash as well as for hoisting purposes. The Complete job includes cost of material , cost of transportation and all the taxes as applicable. (01 job) Providing/fitting of new bearings-02 nos and new worm- 01 no., as per sample size rod as per required teeth profile, size & specifications for winch machine of capacity 05 ton at Taryal DOL gate and then fitting by dismantling winch machine/gate from its hoisting position and extraction/lowering of gate leaf thereof with help of tools and tackles, then reassembling with nuts, bolts and washers of suitable sizes. The job includes cost of material, cost for fitting, cost of transportation, hire charges for tools & tackles required for the execution of job at site. (01 Job). Providing/fitting of new bearings-02 nos (6208) and newstem rod - 01 no., as per sample size rod as per required teeth profile, size & specifications for winch machine of capacity 05 ton at Paryani DOL gate and then fitting by dismantling winch machine/gate from its hoisting position and extraction/lowering of gate leaf thereof with help of tools and tackles, then reassembling with nuts, bolts and washers of suitable sizes. The job includes cost of material, cost for fitting, cost of transportation, hire charges for tools & tackles required for the execution of job at site. (01 Job). Providing including lubrication of gates by application of AP-3 multipurpose grease- 45 kg and engine oil (15W-40 synthetic) -20 ltr. for greasing and oiling of 22installed gates of various capacities 02/05/10ton at Main Ravi Canal and Ujh canal at Dhanore escape gate , Lakhanpur escape gate , Lakhanpur cross gate-2 Nos,D-1 gate , Kharote escape gate , D-2 gate , etc. from Basantpur to Sambaby way of dismantling of winch machines of various capacities, removing of old grease, dirt, dust from winch machine and side channel grooves of gate leaf by way of cleaning with diesel using emery paper, cloth etc then application of greaseto all mating parts of winch machine and oiling of side channel grooves. Reassembling of winch machine, Fitting of winch machine onto the cross members with new nuts, bolts and washers of suitable sizes in place of damaged ones. The complete job includes cost of material, cost of application of grease/oil at site, hire charges of tools and tackles required for execution of job at siteand all taxes as applicable.(01 job)
