Chimney flanges : 16 mm thick X 2 nos, Gussets : 10mm thick, Cleaning door : 1no, Platform 90 degree : 1 no. Ladder with safety Gauge : 1 set. Earth boss : 1 no. Sample point : 1 no. Template : 1 no. Foundation bolts : 20 mm dia. M.O.C. : IS 2062 .and Painting :with 2 Coat of H.R.Aluminium paint and one coat of primer red oxide etc. complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for P.C.C (1:5:10) using 40 mm graded hard blue metal for Chimney Foundation of size 1500x1500x150mm complete all as specified and directed

M & L for R.C.C (1:2:4) using 20mm blue metal with reinforcement (12mm, 8mm Rod) for Chimney Foundation with centering complete all as specified and directed. The job including the following works. (a) Excavation in over areas and getting out in hard/ dense soil for foundation etc. (b) Returning filling in including spreading, Levelling, Watering and well ramming of soil in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified. (c) Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exe 50m and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point (d) M & L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.(e) M & L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, sides apron to abutment and wing walls, basement slab with rough finished surfaces of flat concrete, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter etc. complete all as specified and directed.(f) M & L for Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, and stanchions etc. complete all as specified and directed. (g) M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 12 mm dia and over, cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (anhealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified. (h )M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binding all as specified.(j) M & L for Reinforced cement concrete (Design mix) M 30 for Columns, footings, pillars, piers, posts and struts all as specified.

Supply and fix air termination, single point aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fix test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous and bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 numbers 8mm dia 25mm long hex, head screw etc. complete all as specifed and directed .

M & L for aluminium strip 25x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductor and down conductor above ground complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with GI strip of size 32x6mm thick earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, burried dierectly into the ground vertically not less then 2.25 meter below the ground level with top edge of the earth plate to a depth not less then 1.5 meter below the ground level, coneccted to galvanized strip 32x6mm including GI protection pipe 15mm bore light grade connected from electrode up to test point including necessary earth work, PCC/RCC cha,ber cover 500m thick in RCC 1.2.4 type B1 with 8 mm TMT bars, 15 cm C/C both ways,funnel arrangement etc as per lectrical plate No 5 of SSR Part 1. Note: Rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removal surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter, RCC cover slab and PCC chamber etc.
