Disconnecting electric connections from LT control panel and starter of submersible pump set of size 2 to 15 HP and removing the pipe line connections from discharge side and taking down/out submersible pump set along with column pipe from bore well with the help of chain pully block including transportation to workshop for repairs and back and lowering of same pump in bore well after repairs and replacement of rusted nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket etc including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE :- If the contractor fails to repair the motor and pump within the seven days given to him the same will be got repaired through other agency by calling spot quotation at his risk and cost. charge as per provision of tender. The decision of the Accepting officer in this regard shall be final concluding and binding on the contractor.)

Labour for Opening the submersible pump set for repairing, rewinding and assembling the pump set including insulating material of any size of capacity 2 to 15 HP complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-charge.(Different make and size of copper winding and other spare parts will be measured under relevant items of this shedule as supply only) (Note :- Copper winding wire shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only under item no.03)

Supplying only super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge suitable upto 2 to 15 HP capacity submersible pump set complete all as specified and as directed. (iv) Labour element and T&P required for removal of settled down sewage sludge/mud inside the sewage tank for scooping out from inside and below the septic/ staining sewage water inside the well and lifting the same and deposited on top and near by the sewage tank where directed and further to removal the same at the location where approved by the Delhi Cantonment Board/PCB (v) Appropriate qty of Phenyle required at site for Sterilization of sewage sludge being collected in the Sewage tank . (vi) Necessary Oxygen Mask, Gloves, Gum Boot and all other safety aspects and including necessary Phawda, Steel Bucket, Manila rope etc required at site.

Material and labour for painting to existing surface of NRV, Sluice valves/ strainers valves of capacity 80 to 200 mm by using spray gun with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paints as per colour code all as specified and directed (Note :- Colour shades :- NRV colour - Black, sluice valves / Strainer - Black)

Material and labour for removing any type of old piant by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, any width or grith from the existing centrifugal motor and pumps of capacity 15 to 75 HP and applying painting by using spray gun with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paints as per colour code, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Shade of colour code :- Motor colour - dark grey, pump colour - Blue, Coupling -Black)

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth for pipe line, etc in any type of soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) from site to a distance not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
