Schedule ‘A’ Part I and VIII are not prepriced by MES and prepriced rate indicated as 0.00 under Col.6 signifies this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rates in Green filed under Col-13.

SCHEDULE `A' PART - I ( SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT ITEMS) : Designing (hydraulically, structurally and aesthetically), supplying, erecting, testing, commisioning of complete sewage treatment plant of capacity 130 cum/day, based on Moving Bed Bio-Reactor aerobic attached growth technology; consisting of all components such as Fine bar screen chamber (Manual, RCC), Oil and grease remover (RCC), Equalisation tank, Air grid of equalisation tank, Feed pumps, Anoxic tank, Moving Bed Bio Reactors, Air blowers for MBBR, Tube settler assembly, Sludge drying bed of appropriate size, Chlorine dosing system, Chlorine contact cum filter bed tank, Filter feed pumps, Dual media filter, Activated carbon filter, Treated water tank, testing equipment for treated water, Foundation for all E/M equipments, associated piping work with required valves, gates, drains, pathways, Electrical control panel with interconnecting cable, LT Panel with earthing (industrial type floor/wall mounted, dust & vermin proof with starters, main switches, busbar, ammeter, voltmeter, indicating lamps, push button etc.); to achieve the parameters mentioned in tender documents; all as specified and shown in drawings/ flowchart. Note: (i) The bidder shall visit the site to ascertain any details required for the purpose of designing and installation of the STP after giving prior intimation to GE/ Engnr-in-Charge (ii) The guarantee in the form of an undertaking from OEM regarding the qualification of bidder should be obtained at the time of submission of tender (iii) Approval from pollution board for establishment and operation to be obtained (iv) The firm is responsible to supply 2 years spares of STP as per STP manufacturer's recommendation list (v) Other important points to be adhered by the firm is given in Appx 'F' enclosed with tender documents (vi) The Design duly vetted by IIT/NIT along with all connected documents as per BOQ, PS & Site requirement shall be submitted to the Deptt for approval of accepting officer.

Supply & Fix on pole GI pipe bracket made of 32 mm bore light grade GI pipe1.5 mtr long suitably bent to shape and fixed on pole for fixing street light fitting with 2 Nos suitable MS clamps of size 25mm x 3 mm x 50cm size incluiding bolts, nuts, washers all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type cubicle panel board suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 V, 50 Hz and tested at CPRI for 415 volts factory fabricated in an approved powder coating, provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof . The outer shell shall be made out of 3.0 mm thick CRCA sheet and MS angle section 40x40x6 mm base frame factory fabricated with front openable, double door system lockable/ open able. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having size with glands. The outer shell shall be mounted on stand having zine coating not less than 80 microns. Provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom . The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP - 54. Inner shell shall be made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gear, TPN alluminum bus bar of rating not less than the 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB. The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleave.
