Removing damaged mosquito netting from wooden fly proof shutters and providing & fixing new GI wire gauge of 1.5 gauge designation 85 G with wire dia 0.56mm rustproof including necessary nails, beading ,pointing & two coats of paints or polish to match with the shutter complete as directed by Engineer In charge (measurement shall be for size out to out of beading only) (1.01)

Removing broken or damaged mirror sheets fixed on wall over the Asbestos/Hard Board Sheet backing and providing & fixing new approved Quality 5.5mm thick mirror sheet with chrome plated cup Screws etc. disposal of broken glass, debris, complete as directed by Engineer In charge (actual area of mirror sheet to be measured). Removing damaged backing of mirror and providing & fixing Approved quality 6mm thick asbestos sheet backing for Mirrors including necessary screws, plugs, drilling holes, disposal of removed materials & debris complete as directed by Engineer In charge (actual area of asbestos sheet to be measured) (1.06)

Regrouting loose holdfasts by dismantling required Masonry/C.C. Block necessary welding / screws / riveting etc, re-grouting hold fast in C.C. block 1:2:4 (1cement:2coarse sand:4coarse aggregate) of required size, finishing with plaster in 1:4 cement coarse sand mortar to match, curing, disposal of debris, complete as directed by Engineer In charge (per hold fast). (1.07)

Providing, fabricating & fixing wood work (Teak wood/ sal wood) of required Section, size & shape for repairs of existing wood work or For addition/ alteration etc. including preparation of old Work for joining new work, necessary nails, screws, adhesive, hold fasts, grouting, painting with anti termite Paint on surface in contact with building work, primer & 2 Costs approved enamel paint or polish on exposed surface labour, T&P etc. complete as directed (finished length & rectangular cross section of members actually fixed shall be measured by Engineer In charge. Providing & fixing door, windows composite glazing of All types, fabricated out of anodized extruded heavy duty, Aluminum sections (door sections minimum 3 mm thickness and window section/Fixed partition/composite minimum thickness 2 mm) of standard Hindalco/Jindal ISI Make & sizes (anodized Natural to minimum 25 microns), including beading, gaskets, glass Panes, screws, hold fasts, 75x25mm size T.W. false frame for fixing, necessary hinges, locks, concealed tower bolts & Other hardware of approved make etc, complete including sealing of sides with masonary/RCC and making the joint watertight to avoid ingress of Dust/Rain water {All measurement shall be for out to out aluminum frame Dimensions only) as per directions of Engineer In charge. Fully glazed or partly glazed and partly panelled with novapan (12mm pre laminated on side)} (for structure glazing). (1.09)

Removing damaged pressed steel/angle iron/ ‘z’ Section door or window frames from existing location including cutting, wielding, removing hold fasts & cleaning & disposal of all removed Material/debris, complete as directed by engineer In-charge. (1.10)

Providing & fixing pressed steel door/windows frames made out of 1.25mm thick CRCA sheet including necessary hold fasts, primer coating, welding to old Members, grouting of hold fasts in CC bed block 1:2:4, Finishing, etc. complete as directed by Engg. I/c, (Signle / double rebate type overall size upto 100x50mm.) (1.11)

Providing & fixing flush door shutters 30mm thick of approved make of Cellular core construction with frame of first class hardwood & 3mm thick commercial ply veneering on both faces of Shutter as per BIS Standards, with butt hinges, necessary screws, welding etc. Complete as directed by Eng. I/c. (1.12)

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick flush door shutters decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters as per BIS Standards including BIS Marked stainless steel Butt Hinges, steel screws etc. complete including supply of all materials, labour & T&P complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (1.13)

Extra for providing vision panel In all type of flush doors including the cost of Teak beading & 5mm plain glass pane. Note: The actual area of opening made for vision pannel shall be measured. (1.14)

Extra for providing frostings on glass panes of 5.5mm thick and above instead of ordinary glass panes respectively in doors, windows and clerestory window shutters, partitions & railing (Area of opening for glass panes excluding portion inside rebate shall be measured) (1.15)

Extra for providing etching on glass panes in doors, windows and clerestory window shutters, partitions etc in desired pattern complete as per drawing and as directed. (Area of etching shall be measured for payment). (1.16)

Providing & fixing lipping of 2nd class teak wood size & shape as required with necessary glue, nails, etc & two coats of French polish complete as directed by Engg. I/c (finished Length & rectangular cross section of members actually fixed shall be measured) as per sectional area size upto 500 sq. mm. (1.17)

Providing fixing 19 mm thick commercial block board of BIS make Century, Corbet, National Green, Kit ply etc. shutters on cup board by removing existing old/worn-out/damaged shutters as per required size and shape including supply of all labour, materials, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. (1.18)

Providing & fixing 1mm thick PVC sheet of approved make & shade laminate on Shutters, Commercial Board etc., with necessary glue, etc. (Actual area of laminate to be measured) including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer In charge. (1.19)

Removing and re-fixing of fixed glass panes for painting of window frames and grills whenever directed including supply of all consumable materials such as screws, gaskets, beading etc. labour and T & P required for proper Completion of the job as per direction of the engineer-In-charge. Incase the removed glass is damaged, the same shall be replaced by a new glass at the cost of the Contractor. The measurement shall be for the actual area Of glass removed/ re-fixed. (1.20)

Removing damaged and providing and fixing new 6mm. thick approved quality ply wood sheet with fevicol, nails etc. as per requirements including polishing / painting to match with existing as directed. (1.21)

Removing damaged and providing and fixing new 8mm. thick approved quality ply wood sheet with fevicol, nails etc. as per requirement including polishing/painting to match with existing as directed. (1.22)

Providing and filling Silicon sealant around external windows as per drawings, manufacturer's specifications including all cleaning, surface preparation etc. and as directed. (the measurement shall be made proportionate to the actual size provided) (1.23)

Providing & fixingixing m.s. dashfastener of approved quality including supply of all required misc. item as per site requirement & instructions of Engineer Incharge including supply of all labour, T&P etc. complete (75mm to 150mm). (1.24)

SUB SECTION B : FIXTURES (Item Sl. No. 2.01 to 2.34)

Labour charges for removing damaged door closer door spring, mortise lock, night latch, aldrops, baby latch, Mirror, hook & eye, tower bolts, handles, drawer Locks, towel rails, curtain rods, curtain track and chord etc & stacking the same in store as directed by Engineer In charge. (2.01)

Providing & fixing door closer of ISI make (Sandhu / Everite expo or equivalent) with necessary brackets of frames on door shutters at all level, aligning and plaining shutter complete as directed by Engineer In charge. (2.02.1)

Same as above but Aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer, of approved make with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete. (2.02.2)

Providing & fixing Godrej make locks/latches on door shutters including welding brackets on MS / wood / Aluminium door frames, panting etc, aligning & plaining shutters etc. as required, complete as directed by Engineer Incharge. (2.03)

Providing & fixing approved door spring for existing doors / shutters including welding brackets on MS door frames, painting, aligning & plaining shutters etc as required, complete as directed by Engineer Incharge. (2.04)

Oiling and greasing of existing rolling/collapsible shutters including removing, re-fixing and re-commissioning the cover, pulley, springs and shutters after necessary repairs, fixing of missing / broken handles, locking arrangements etc. and repairing of damaged plaster and touch up in the white wash to match surrounding surface and also providing welding machine at site if required, including supply of all material viz, oil, grease, nut bolts, rivets etc. (only cost of pulley, spring, & MS. pipe shall be paid separately) labour, and tools & plants etc. as required for proper completion of the work as per direction of the engineer in-charge. (work to be got executed through a specialised agency) on vitrified tile flooring and skirting. (3.04)

Providing & fixing PVC wall panelling of approved make & brand having 5mm thick hollow panels, including supply of necessary profile, steel screws, labour, T&P complete as per instruction of engineer incharge & site requirements. (3.05)

Patch repair of tiled terracing (mud phuska / lime terraching ) by filling cracks and crevices by cement and water proofing compound slurry injection, relaying loose tiles in 1:3 cement mortar, correcting slope by laying cement plaster in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar mixed with water proofing compound, including cleaning the area by wire bush to remove all loose materials, dirt etc. cost of all labour, materials, T & P and scaffolding etc. complete as directed by Engr I/C. (3.06)

Same as above but for gola at parapets, including sealing & grouting of rain water pipe opening. (3.07)

Patch repair of terracing by filling up cracks, crevice and undulations with bitumenous mastic and painting bitumen ( 80/100 ) over the entire treated area @ 1.7kg/sq.m impregnated with coarse sand @ 60dm3/10sqm including cleaning the surface with wire brush to remove all the dirt and loose material and with cloth soaked in kerosene complete as directed by Engr I/C. Removal of old and degenerated plaster from vertical wall, cleaning the brick surface thoroughly with wire brush to remove loose particles and throwing away the rubble, debris as per clause of terms and conditions including all material, labour, T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer Incharge. Dismantling cement concrete or brick or mosaic or kota/marble or glazed/ceramic tile floors/skirting/dado, including disposal of dismentled materials as directed by the engineer in-charge. (3.10)

Dismantling of brick work / R.C.C. cinder / cement / lime concrete including disposal of dismentled materials as directed by the engineer In-charge. (3.11)

Dismenteling lime terracing or mud phuska terracing, scrapping and removing all loose and broken materials, bitumen painted on roof, cleaning and disposal of all debris, complete as directed by engineer-In-charge. (3.12)

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand, and 2 cm. (3/4”) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 4.5 aggregate) in lintels, slabs, beams and shelves etc. excluding supply of reinforcement and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. also including of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of the engineer in-charge. (3.13)

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not including in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work as including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured up to floor two level, including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of the engineer in-charge upto 16mm. tor. (3.14)

Two coat of membrane treatment. Application of three layer modified polymer cementitious membrane treatment with CICO tapecrete P 151 on vertical walls. The said treatment will involve surface preparations with wire brush followed by cleaning with soft brush. First coat of Tapecrete is then applied on the clean surface followed by pointing the brick joints with CICO no. 3 mixed mortar. After this the 2nd coat tapecrete is applied including all material, labour, T&P etc. complete as directed by Engineer Incharge at all levels. (3.18)

20 mm thick plaster with plasticizer. 20 mm thick plaster with cement mortar in the ratio of 1:4 cement and sand along with latex based capillary action resistant CICO plasticizer (ACRYL) including all material, labour, T&P etc. complete as required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer Incharge. Application of two coats clear. Acrylic resin based water repellant (CICO Sealocote) coating of exterior exposed surface buildings. The application shall be made after removal all wax, grease, oil and dust by scrubbing with suitable solvent followed by scrubbing by mild detergent. All the exposed cracks shall be repaired by water proof cement including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer Incharge. Spraying cement grout by technically or by brushes on pointed brick walls of ducts etc. to fill up the surface points on the entire surface with cement slurry including all material, labour, tools and plants, scaffolding at all leyels up to height 10 mtrs. Repairs of damaged bricks soling roads by removing soling, leveling undulated surface upto 30 cm. depth by dressing or filling earth brought from outside compaction & leveling to desired level, slope & camber as directed , relaying removed brick soling to level camber & slope, filling joints & blinding with 1 cm thick layer of local earth, disposal of surplus earth, rubbish & debris including cost of replacement of broken bricks with new bricks, also including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer Incharge. (9.01)

Repairing of pot holes, patches etc. on existing roads by preparing the patch in regular shape, by cutting upto 100 mm depth and size as reuired filling, ramming and compacting 20-25 mm gauge stone ballast, blinding with STONE DUST, cleaning with wire brush, surface dressing in 2 coats using 1.8 Kg./ Sq.M. bitumen and 1.5 Cu.M. per 100 Sq.M. stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size in first coat and 1.1 Kg. / Sq.M. stone aggregate 10 mm nominal size duly compacted with manual ramming including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer Incharge. (9.02)

Repairing of damaged interlocking tiles by removing broken tiles of thickness 60 to 80 mm including levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling, joints with local sand including preperation of sub base as per standards, laying of 150 mm thick compacted 40-63 stone ballast alongwith 25% filler material, and thereafter laying of Sand layer of 50 mm before laying of tiles including cost of replacement of unserviceable / broken tiles with new tiles and also including the cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as required for proper completion of the work including disposal of surplus earth, rubbish and debris etc. complete as per direction of Engineer Incharge. Repairing of damaged mastic asphalt wearing course by removing broken wearing course of thickness 40 mm with with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500 - 29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing anti skit surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sq.m. and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm. centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surface is not less than 100 C protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface disposal of surplus earth, rubbish and debris etc. including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer Incharge. (9.04)

Providing and laying brick soling with straight over burnt brick laid on edge, laid dry with brick edging on both sides, including preparation of sub grade to required camber & slope, filling joints & binding with 1 cm thick local sand complete including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer Incharge. (10.05)

1st coat bitumen painting with 16-22.4 mm gauge stone grit over WBM surface including supply of bitumen, grit, fuel wood etc. and including of the maintenance of side pattries and watering them during operation as per direction of the Engineer Incharge including roller charges and its fuel, wages of fire and tar boiler man and T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work as per MOT specification no. 506 including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work a per direction of Engineer Incharge. (9.06)

Laying premix carpet 20 mm. thick over a tack coat (after execution of item no. 11.0 above )with graded approved grid and bitumen including heating the mix to required temperature, mixing either in mixer or in hand drum including cost & cartage of material at side patries and watering them curing operation for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer Incharge and a per MOST specification no. 507 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. & machine required for proper completion of the work a per direction of Engineer Incharge. (9.07)

Providing and laying 40 mm thick compacted Semi dense Bituminous carpet type surfacing with 5.5% bitumen by weight of total mix and providing bitumen tack coat over painted surface @5 Kg. / 10 Sq.M. including cost of all material, labour, hire charges of Hot mix Plant and Machinery, T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work as per MOST specification as directed by the Engineer Incharge. (9.08)

Cleaning of Existing black topped surface with brooms soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and for compressed air to receive bituminous treatment including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer Incharge. (9.09)

Providing & laying B.M.premix 50 mm on prepared surface with 60/70 Bitumen @3.% Bitumen content by weight of total mix specified graded crushed aggregate for binding course including loading of course aggregates with F.E. Loader and hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in H.M.P. transporting the mixed materials with paver and laying mixed materials with paver finished to the required level and grade rolling by power roller to achieved the desired density but including cost of tack cost including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer Incharge. (9.10)

Providing and laying brick edging on both sides of the 1st class brick 8 cm.wide and 12 cm.deep laid with mud mortar all labour finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer Incharge.
