Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid and bedded in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes ) each n. exc 0.5 Cum in soft/loose soil, getting out,removing soil to a distance n. exc 50M , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone, brick masonry built in cement mortar including quoins, arches, etc but exceeding ashlar facing dressed stone work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of srl item No 9 above but except bricks.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick surfaces or concrete surfaces and finished surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compuund as per manufacturer's instructions Note:- Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for mild steel angle iron posts and struts, MS flat iron fillet securing chain link fencing confirming to FE-290 E-165 as in fencing including cutting tops for required shape, drilling holes,bolting, notching for wire including all necessary drilling of similar work, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link fencing including wires, mesh of size 50x50mm, weight not less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm confoirming to IS, type standards rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia., barbed with 2mm dia, barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc.as directed (each line wire to be measured).

Restraining & resecuring existing barbed wire of any type including making good staples etc any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one ends and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitting with washer and one hexagonal or square nut n.exc. 5cm long and dia of shank 8 to 10 mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, preparation of new surface, priming with red oxide / zinc chromate and two coats of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) painting to steel and iron surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Galvanised Concertina coil punched type 600mm dia, 10 m openable length (total length 90m) having 50 Nos round per 6 m lenght, dia of Core wire 2.5 mm(+/- 1mm) with tensile strength of 160Kg/Sqm, thickness of galvanised rozer blade 0.6 mm (+/- 0.5mm) of 30mm length, fixing/securing or tying in position over existing barbed bire and Y shaped angel iron un to 3.0 m ht of wall incl provn of MS wire stapples or steel pins etc,complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Y shaped angle iron and barbed wire shall be measure and paid seperately

Preparation of new plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 20mm thick with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl 12mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 as backing coat for receiving of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for matt finish exteior wall tiles 8 to 10mm thick & not exc 0.18 sqm, colour & shade of tiles as approved by Engr-in-charge, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint over a coat of acrylic primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing old decorated/plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls by scrapping the surfaces and steel wire brushing down smoke soot, mould, mass and efflorescence salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of acrylic exterior emulsin paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of new plasterd or unplasterd surface and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved tint over a coat of acrylic primer complete all as specified and direcred.

Demolition of plain /reinforeced cement concrete for any thickness in any position and of any discription complete all as specified and diredted

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and diredted

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified & directed. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

S&F in reapirs broken glass pieces of size 50 to 100 mm in CM 1:3 over wall up to 3.0m height complete all as specified and diredted

S&F rolled mild steel as in doors or gate of angle of other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc coplete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting(exlusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC design mix M-25 for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC design mix M-25 for columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape reqd, incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of srl item No 36 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to side of pillars,posts,struts, columns rough finish surface square, rectangular complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings,beams of columns, rafts, rafts beams, sides of soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to better all as specified for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing of old steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth applying one coat of synthetic enameled paint complete all as specified and directed.
