S & F sub main wiring using approved colour coding (Phase-red, Neutral-black, Earth-green) complete with two single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable 6 sqmm as current carrying conductor and one run of 6.0 sqmm as neutral cable, voltage rating 1100 volt, ISI marked drawn in and including medium grade concealed PVC conduit ISI marked of dia not less than 25 mm and thickness 2 mm with standard accessories along with one run of FRLS PVC green colour insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 6 sqmm as earth cable,complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two run of single core FRLS PVC cable with one run of earth contunity conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top and MCB single pole neutral enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket complete, 240 Volt, 32 Amps MCB SP, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F MCB’s single pole & neutral, 10 KA, 40 Amp 240 Volts and of 'C' series with required wiring connections and lugs etc and erecting in provided enclouser/distribution board. MCBs shall be of current limiting type, ISI marked, conforming to IS 8828-1996, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosures (MCB Distribution board) when MCB’s to be used triple pole and neutral 4 ways 440 volts with 200 amps rated bus bar, double door with bus bar neutral link earth bar, Din rail, necessary blanking plated, including fixing DB flush in wall complete with making good disturbed surfaces and colour matching, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing MCCB TPN, 415 Volts, 100 Amps rating with breaking capacity of 25 KA, fixed thermal & magnetic settings, complete with making all connections, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commisioning XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked), laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole/wall with necessary angle iron support, clamp, nut , bolts etc complete all as specified and directed for following cross sectional areas of cables :- (a) Cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core

(b) Cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 3 ½ core

(c) Cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3 ½ core

(d) Cross sectional area 70 Sqmm 3 ½ core

(e) Cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 ½ core

(f) Cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 ½ core

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft/loose soil and getting out for laying under ground cable / erection of poles, stays etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying of bricks sub class ‘B’ (old size bricks) laid flat perpendicular to the direction of cable for protection of cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for cable with river washed sand and punning to provide required cover as specified in SSR Part –I, complete all as specified and directed. (Depth of sand shall be measured after punning).

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, (mechanically crushed stone) for mass filling in pole pit and foundation etc, compete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate (mechanically crushed stone) for mass filling in stay pits and pole foundation all as specified.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of out door type cubical feeder pillar Box TPN of size 600x600x300mm, Aluminium bus bar 300 Amps, outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet, inner shell made out of 2.00mm thick MS sheet, duly powder coated internally and externally with thickness not less than 100 microns and MS angle section 40x40x6 mm base mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60cm above the ground level and 30 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front and back openable double door system complete suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz. The bus bar shall be provide with sufficient holes for distribution of LT supply to 6 houses and making necessary distributions with the help of thimbles etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning out door type cubical panel board, outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and inner shell made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm base mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60 cm above ground level and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front openable double door system and cable alloy (Each door hinged with body at 3 places with body and hinges should be welded with body and door) lockable/openable by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy pad lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI for 35 MVA rupturing capacity at 415 Volts factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting internally and externally having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93 comprising of the following :-

Note (i) The quoted rate shall includes minor items such as cable lugs, steel nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, spreaders, provision of extra holes in bus bar, provision of cable gland etc. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable conforming to IS-694. (iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge/GE. (iv) The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. (v) The Panel shall be surrounded with 23cm thick brick wall upto 0.5 mtr height all around the panel and blank portion between panel and wall shall be filled with PCC 1:2:4 incl masonary work leaving ducts for cables complete all as directed. Cost of this factor shall be deemed included in the quoted rates.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts, and washers of galvanised iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawings and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for protection of GI strip from earth electrode to and including the earth test point of galvanised Iron/steel, supplying and laying charcoal stone aggregate) chamber and RCC cover of size 54x54x50 mm (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, PGI funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in drawing including taking out the old one. Note - Cost of GI strip and GI protection pipe up to a distance 7.5 M shall be deemed included in quoted rates.
