Demoltion of cement concrete unreinforced including PQC of any description and in any other position not otherwise specifically provided for using pneumatic tools complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Materials obtained from demolition to be used for soil stabilization.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas in WBM/Soling surface (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-In Charge.

M&L for saw cutting full depth of existing PQC slab of dispersal complete all as specified and directed.

Removing demolished concrete exc 1.5km but n. exc. 5km and depositing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for crushing the demolished PQC/PCC structures (obtained from demolition quantity and screening segragating and stacking the aggregates and like material found by mechanical mean with removing the wastages to a distance exceeding 250m and not exc 1.50 km and depositing where directed including loading unloading complete as directed. Note:- Recycled material shall be used for soil stabilization for PG dispersal/Link C1 and NLB

M&L for in situ soil stabilization of 500 mm compacted thickness by blending 70% pulverised soil with 30% recycled concrete aggregate(RCA) obtained from demolition of existng pavements (Crushed to grading as per table 400-9 of MoRTH specifications) wetting to required moisture content by adding water and rolling and compaction to maximum Dry density to achive minimum "K" value of 5 Kg/sqcm/cm or equivalent CBR value and other parameter like plasticity index as given in only actual proportion of soil. Relevant provisions of IRC-SP 89-2010 and MoRTH specifications will apply for process and quality control. Note : Rate of Item shall include (a) Pulverizing of existing soil using rotator/other suitable equipment. (b) Blending of soil and RCA as per proportion in mix design. (c) Sprinling of required water content using water browser sprinkler. (d) Rolling and compcation with vibratory roller of static weigth 80-100KN to required density as per mix design. (e) Proof rolling of constructed layer. (f) Density testing by soil density guage (g) Crusing of RCA will be paid for separately. (h) excavated soil shall be used.

Material & labour for 100 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular sub base Course (GSB) Grade V in single layer (as per table 400-1& 400-2 of MORTH specification for Road and Bridge works) over compacted subgrade with stone aggregates by using motor grader, spreading, levelling and rolling with tandem vibratory roller of capacity 10 Ton static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber to achieve field compaction of at least 98% of MDD (maximum dry density) determined using modified proctor density determination method as per IS code and field CBR (Minimum 30) as per MORTH for NEW RIGID PAVEMENT, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Finished surface tolerances shall be as per table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 200 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular sub base Course (GSB) Grade V in single layer (as per table 400-1& 400-2 of MORTH specification for Road and Bridge works) over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag, or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and levelling on the subgrade by using motor grader, spreading, levelling and rolling with tandem vibratory roller of capacity 10 Ton static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber to achieve field compaction of at least 98% of MDD (maximum dry density) determined using modified proctor density determination method as per IS code and field CBR (Minimum 30) as per MORTH for NEW RIGID PAVEMENT, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Finished surface tolerances shall be as per table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 100 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) in one layers manufactured in WMM plant (as per Table 400-12 and 400-13 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works), with crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, spreading using mechanical paver as specified, rolled and consolidated using 10 Ton capacity tandem vibratory power roller to required gradient and camber to achieve minimum 98% density of MDD determined using modified proctor density determination method as per IS 2720 (Part-8) and as per MORTH clause 406 complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Finished surface tolerances shall be as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge work complete all as spefcified and as directed.

M & L for providing 10mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deletirious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The sand cushion must not contain stones/ other hard or uneven matter as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (virgin quality transparent) GRADE-I conforming to IS-10889 as anti-friction layer over sand cushion complete all as specified and directed. Note: Side lap and end lap shall be 300 mm. The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the laps. Area measured shall be covered area in plan.

Material & labour for forming 25 mm width Expansion Joint in concrete slab for full depth by cutting PQC to depth of upto 340 mm, using high RPM Diamond bit cutter, cleaning the joint and filling with pre-moulded compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified and applying closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia, over filler board and then priming top 15 mm with approved primer and filling with polyurethane based sealant (single component) complying with BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN 141875-2003 with minimum MAF +/- 30%, applying masked tape on the edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed. Note:- (a)The joint sealing shall be carried out by original approved applicator with sealant having 10 year performance guarantee. (b) Work shall be carried out under recommended temperature conditions specified by the sealant manufacturer. (c)Top level of joint sealant shall be as per applicable temperature conditions and season to avoid sealant extrusion/ failure.

Material & labour for Forming Dummy / Contraction Joint using high RPM diamond cutter with intial saw cut of 3 mm width (soon after concrete has set) upto a depth of 1/3rd to 1/4th the thickness of the slab/PQC (for slab/PQC upto 400 mm thick), widening the first saw cut to 6-8 mm width and joint to be filled with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia for complete length of the joint, priming the top 15 mm with approved primer, applying masking tape on edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and filling with polyurethane based sealant (single component) complying with BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN 141875-2003 as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The joint sealing shall be carried out by original approved applicator with sealant having 10 year performance guarantee. (b) Work shall be carried out under recommended temperature conditions specified by the sealant manufacturer. (c) Top level of joint sealant shall be as per applicable temperature conditions and season to avoid sealant extrusion/failure.

Material & labour for cutting of Construction Joint 25 mm deep and 8-10 mm wide using high RPM diamond bit cutter, cleaning of surface and filling with closed cell, medium density cross linked polyethylene backup rod of 12 mm dia, application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint, priming top 15 mm with approved primer, applying masking tape on edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and filling with polyurethane based sealant (single component) complying with BS-5212,BS-4254 and EN 141875-2003 with minimum MAF +/- 30% and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant and as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) The joint shall be treated with a coat of lime wash/ bituminous paint before the adjoining bay is laid. (b) The joint sealing shall be carried out by original approved applicator with sealant having 10 year performance guarantee. (c) Work shall be carried out under recommended temperature conditions specified by the sealant manufacturer. (d) Top level of joint sealant shall be as per applicable temperature conditions and season to avoid sealant extrusion/ failure.

M&L for preparing new concrete surface and painting lines dashes ( continuos/uninterupted arrows letters etc. exceeding 10cm width with two coats of water based road marking paint in white golden yellow orange or red colour over a coat primer complete all using road painting machine complete all as specified and dirceted.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing duoble face guidance sign retro reflective overhead informatory road signage and boards, made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat ativated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTMD-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. Note:- (i) The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. (ii) Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment.

M&L for forming embankments (shoulder of NLB of link) including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and dirceted.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work, vertical or to batter, for fair finished surfaces of concrete (flat), complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments,parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttress, etc; vertical or to batter, for fair finished surfaces of concrete (flat), complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) with fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to edges of RCC slab, edges, floors, not exceeding 20cm and exceeding 10cm wide horizontal or sloping of fair finished surfaces of concrete and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Design mix), M30 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, including raft, footings, foundations beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc, basement slab, under reemed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Design mix), M30 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness, above top of footing, including attached pilasters and buttresses, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Design mix), M30 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling and watering and well ramming in layer n. exc. 25cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fly ash brick work with old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement CM 1:4, on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces,finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps seismic and other similar bands plinth courses ,string courses lacing courses parapets and raillings upto 60 cm in height copings kneelers apex stones bed plates kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

E/M PORTION Dismantling steel poles/ struts, of height 5.0m including street light and all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out HT/LT UG cable of any size and capacity from trenches/road crossing/from the circular pipe/duct etc. without damaging the cable and cleaning/straightening of cable if required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation, sand, bricks for cable protection and connected items measured and paid separately.

Taking out old unserviceable 40mm bore PVC/PPR pipes from trenches, walls, floors, ceiling and duct etc. including all fittings complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation/earth work will be measured and paidseparately under relevent item.

Supply and laying 3-layer ( inner antimicrobial, outer UV stabilized) PP-R pipes, SDR 11 (PN-10) with all fittings, ISI marked ,bearing specification as per IS-15801, in trenches/ walls/cellings or laying in floors complete of size 40 mm outer dia including all fittings complete with all fitting all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE OF CREDIT Note :- Amount of Rs. 19,61,600.00 indicated in Tender Documents as Schedule of Credit shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
