Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs including cement screed in roof complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in roofs of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, steps; seismic , parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, etc and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement using WPC @ 3% per cement bag complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall measured and paid seperately

M&L for water proofing treatment including the entire surface of the roof slab shall be cleaned thoroughly to remove all loose particles and applying 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 plastering using WPC @3% per cement laid over hot blown grade bitumen 85/25, @1.20 Kg/Sqm over bitumen primer @0.50 litre/Sqm. Over hot blown grade bitumen 85/25, polymeric water proofing membrane of 3 Kg/Sqm shall be laid over entire roof surface and verticla surface upto grooves as applicable (or as per manufacturers recommendation) with overlap of 100 mm. The overlaps shall be sealed by flames or as per manufacturers instructions. A coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @1.20 Kg/Sqm shall be applied over water proofing membrane complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and Water proofing compound shall measured and paid seperately

Material and labour for hydraulically pressed cement concrete tiles of size 200×200×19/20mm machine made conforming to IS 1237-1980 laid over and including 15mm thick screed plaster in cement mortar(1:4) complete and compound and jointed pointed in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral Water Proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks Exc 500 & n exc 1000, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and form mouths of circulating pipes, etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20 to 32 mm dia and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 40 to 50 mm dia and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old steel tubing 20 to 32 mm dia and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25mm dia Tubes, `medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 40mm dia Tubes, `medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 25mm dia gun metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 40mm dia gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.
