Construction of the missing link between Sadhapur link road and Baitikala Shafipur Shahpur link road under the Lambhua Assembly constituency

Construction of Subgrade:- Construction of sub-grade with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1

Construction of granular sub-base by providing 12.5 cm.compected well graded material, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader/tractor mounted appropriate equipment on prepared sruface, mixing by mix in place method with rortavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Technical specification clause 401.

Providing and laying 7.50 cm thick G-2 i/c spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, handpacking, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushible screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting, to the required density grading 2 as per technical specification clause 405

Providing and laying 7.50 cm thick G-3 i/c spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, handpacking, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushible screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting, to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification clause 405

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders:- Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1

Brick edging on both side of the road 7.50 cm wide with M-150 class bricks laid on edge with mud mortar including cost of bricks,dressing and ramming the excavated earth in proper slope, all labour, T&P etc for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying Tack coat with VG-10 Grade using emulsion pressure dristibutor at the rate of 0.35 Kg per Sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503

Providing, laying and rolling open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 13.2 mm aggregate with 1:2 using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base by manual means, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 Kn Static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying of seal coat by mechanical means with VG-10 Bulk bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510.
