Supply and installation of flush doors and windows along with miscellaneous civil works in SYCB, FISH building, PDSP, Surface Water Pump Room and in other Main Plant buildings at GHAVP-1 and 2

Flush Door

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS:2202 (Part I) non decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters (Brand- Kitply/Greenlam/centuryply or equivalent) including paint of minimum 2 coat with enamel paint along with primer of reputed brands. Note: Rate are inclusive of providing stainless steel butt hinges with necessary screws all complete as per the direction of engineer.

Extra over item No. 1.1 above for providing vision panel of rectangular or square shape not exceeding 0.1 sqm in all type of flush doors. Note: Rate are inclusive of providing and fixing glass (Float glass sheet of nominal thickness 5 mm & weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm) and beeding/covering on all sides.

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames of profile B conforming to IS: 4351, manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.60 mm thickness, including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, bead , pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including fixing M.S. pressed butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of reputed brands after surface preparation and filling the gap between frame and wall/columns with mortar/concrete as required all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer. Note- Payment of dash fastener will be done seperately in relevant item.

Providing and fixing carbon steel galvanised dash fastener (Brand- Hilti/Fischer or equivalent) of 10 mm dia double threaded, comprising of 10 mm dia polyamide sleeve, including drilling of hole in frame , concrete/masonry etc. as per direction of Engineer (10 x 140 mm).

Providing and fixing bright /matt finished Stainless Steel handles of size 250mm minimum (SS 304 grade) of approved quality & make with necessary screws etc all complete.

Stainless Steel mortice Latch - Providing and fixing chrome finished stainless steel (SS 304) 100 mm mortice latch and lock and keys (Brand-Godrej/Dorset or equivalent) with six levers and a pair of steel lever handles of approved quality with necessary screws etc. all complete.

Stainless Steel knob Lock - Providing and fixing chrome finished stainless steel (SS 304) knob lock (Brand-Godrej/Dorset or equivalent) having ISI marked approved quality with necessary screws etc. all complete.

M.S SLIDING DOOR BOLT/ALDROP :- Providing and fixing 300x16 mm oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. all complete.

Stainless Steel Tower Bolt (200x10 mm) :- Providing and fixing bright finished Stainless steel (SS 304) tower bolts (barrel type) with necessary screws etc. all complete of dimension 200x10 mm.

Providing and fixing Door buffer -Door/Wall mounted (Minimum dia 22mm & Ht. 75mm without cover) (SS 304) actuacted of approved quality with necessary screws etc all complete. Model No. DB(22) of Dorset or equivalent in Godrej, Dorma,Hafele etc.)

Providing and fixing Door mounted rubber Door stopper having Aluminium body (antique finish) with necessary screws and fittings all complete as per direction of Eingineer

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS: 3564 embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete as per direction of engineer.

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS: 3564 embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete as per direction of engineer.

TOUGHENED GLASS

Providing and fixing glazing of toughened glass (minimum 5mm thick) in all type of window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. wherever necessary complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer.

Providing and fixing glazing of toughened glass (12mm thick) in all type of door, window, ventilator shutters, partitions etc. with EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. wherever necessary complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer.

Supply and installation of frosted film of approve shades over any type of glass panels as per architecural drawings all complete as per direction of Engineer

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding weight of fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Aluminium work

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved guage thickness and make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per specification, architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing and paneling to be paid for separately) :

Anodised aluminium (Minium anodic coating of AC15 and required shade as per IS 1868) for fixed portion including filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and all complete as per direction of Engineer.

Anodised aluminium (Minium anodic coating of AC15 and required shade as per IS 1868) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required all complete as per direction of Engineer.

For louvres, providing and fixing the fully housed mechanism of suitable size loouvers with durable anodised, finish along with precision-moulded blade holders with buit-in compression seals for holding glass panel and left & right control position option handles and blade holders, all complete as per architectual drawing and the direction of Engineer, Anodised aluminium (anodised transperent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC15 Note: payment of glass shall be done seperately.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles of size 125mm, transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. all complete

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts of size 150mm x 10mm, anodised transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer.

Providing and fixing aluminium casement stays of required size, transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer.

Providing and fixing double glazed hermetically sealed glazing in aluminium windows, ventilators and partition etc. with 6 mm thick clear float glass both side, having 12 mm air gap, including providing EPDM gasket, perforated aluminium spacers, desiccants, sealant (Both primary and secondary sealant) etc. as per specifications, drawings ,all complete as per direction of Engineer.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer and with 2 coats of enamel paint ,all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer.

Frosted Glass: Providing, assembling and supplying frosted glass sheet of nominal thickness 4 mm (weighing not less than 10 kg/sqm) as per the Architectural drawings for windows, louvre, etc. as all complete as per direction of Engineer.

Providing and fixing touch lock for aluminium sliding windows as per architectural drawings all complete as per direction of Engineer.

Providing & fixing Stainless steel mosquito proof wire mesh, with 0.4 mm dia. wire and having approximately 14 mesh in one linear inch on Door/window shutters with supply and replacing of wooden/steel beading, screws etc. all complete all per direction of engineer.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board with decorative lamination on both sides conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in- charge

Plaster/Mortars

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) in single coat on either side of single or half brick wall at all levels using galvanized M.S. wire chicken mesh over junctions of brick work, beams and column as required including necessary grooves at the junction of RCC and brick work, arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles smooth all complete as per specifications and direction of engineer.

Glass Door and accessories

TOUGHENED GLASS (12 mm thick) :-Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double acting hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, and door seal strip all complete as per direction of Engineer (Door handle, lock and stopper etc.to be paid separately).

Stainless Steel glass door handle (H type): Providing & fixing minimum 600 mm pull handle size and 32mm dia of stainless steel(SS 304) glass door handles with necessary screws etc. all complete as per direction of engineer

Corner patch lock with strike plate for frameless glass door : Providing & fixing of corner patch lock of stainless steel 304 grade for accomodating glass thickness of 12mm with necessary screws etc. complete
