B/R PORTION Excavating in post holes in any type of soil (or similar hoels) each n exc 0.5 cum getting out, returining, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone masonary built in cement mortar inlcuding all quions, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling tubular/squre pipe/angle framed truss only of span exc 22.50 mtr but not exc 30 mtr as in shed of mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling or mass concrete or simillar work complete all as specified and directed .

S & F powder coated min 50 micron structural Rolled steel in plates, girder, channels square cut or notched (ordinary and colour sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conf to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality 'A'. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F powder coated min 50 micron structural steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F precast cement concrete louvres and jallies,Type Bo (1:2:4) (12.50 mm Graded stone agg) 40mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings, frame fixed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete typr 1:2:4 B1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface consisting two layers, under layer of 10mm thick in CM (1:6) & top layer of 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. M&L Vitrified coloured ceramic tiles 8 to 10mm thick (square/ regtangular) polished, area of each tiles n exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distpemer (Lustre paint as approved by Engr-in-Charge) over a coat of primer on old/ New surfaces of wall ncluding preparation of plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed including necessary scaffolding.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @1.43litre/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90litre/10Sqm over Old/new surfaces of wall including necessary scaffolding required for painting work, safety measures etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 3 mm thick aluminium composite panelling of any colour and any shape including necessary GI frame work required for fixing of panelling on wall/columns/plastered surface/concrete surface, scaffolding required for fixing work and safety measures. Joint of composite panelling work should be filled with braker rod and silicon weather seal complete all as specified and directed .

E/M PORTION Taking down carefully aluminium / copper point wiring complete (light, fan socket & power) including unserviceable fixtures and fittings such as switches ceilimg roses pendents regulators sockets light fittings etc complete removing material for taking credit & making good disturbed wall / floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down sub main wiring complete including fitting and fixtures, removing materials for making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, roof etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable DBs any type/size With MCCBs/ MCBs/Isolator etc and disconnecting and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts, FRLHS grade with multistranded copper conductor ISI marked including PVC conduit and drawn through concealed heavy duty PVC conduit fixed in walls / roofs / floors / ceiling etc duly concealed and including provision of 1.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, indluding cuttting and chasing, concealed modular flush boxes, modular cover plates with frame mounting for housing the switches, socket outlets etc, complete all as specified and directed :- (a) One light point controlled by one way switch.

M & L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60cm x 06mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.
