Excavation in post holes and/or similar holes each not exceeding 0.50 Cum in soft/loose soil, getting out, removing surplus spoil/ soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre away from the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregates in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel comprising of the angle iron, flat iron etc using steel conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as diected, drilling holes, notching for wire etc & embedding in the concrete, fillets (for securing wire-mesh etc) and similar works, also including necessary bolting/ riveting, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) (diameter of neck 11 to 15 mm) with hexagonal or square heads at one end or screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 05 cm but n. exc 10 cm long, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing of any size including line wires, any mesh, size and type, to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc, inclding provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only of chain link fencing made of mild steel galvanised wire, complete all as specified and as directed (Dia of wire and size of mesh shall be as approved by the GE).

S & F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured separately ), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel bars 10mm dia round bars and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips conforming to Fe 290 (Gde - E-165) for holding the chain link fencing in the position etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing of New steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, not exceeding 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches n.exc. 1.50m wide and n.exc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc and not exec 10Sqm on plan & n.exec 1.5 metre in depth for independent holes etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick with approved earth/soil etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50.00 metre and depositng where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the stating point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on brick work or concrete surface finsihed even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub class 'B', old size fly ash bricks of designation 75 (i.e of minimum average compressive strength 75 Kg/Cm2), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in Cement morter 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:11/2:3) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Reinforcement and Form Work shall be measured and paid for seperately.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles of size 300mmx 450mm , 6 to 7 mm thick on the vertical surfaces of wall/columns etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with the shade of the tiles, over and including 10mm thick cement mortal backing coat in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and and as directed.
