Clearing light jungle and disposing off to a place at least 1 km away from the site as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all labour charges, lead, lift, Tool & plants etc, complete. (Twice in a year)

Sweeping and cleaning of buildings floor area including collection of debris, garbage, teacups, paper waste and other liters etc., and disposing the same in to near by dustbins daily in all working days as instructed by the engineer incharge, the rate including cost of all labour, lead, lift, broom sticks, gunny bags, safety Tools and saftey appliance etc., complete.-Twice in a day.

Mopping and cleaning of floor area in all buildings including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, Tools and plants, charges for saftey appliance etc., - once in a day

Cleaning of toilets in buildings including urinals, water closet, bath rooms, toilet floor area, wash basin and around the toilet block for easy approach and maintenance of toilets in neat and tidy condition with out odor and foul smell, using cleaning agents like bleaching powder, Sabena powder, phenyl, broom sticks, cleaning brush and placing naphthalene balls, etc., including cleaning of cobweb and wall tiles once in week, cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc. -Twice in a day - Small Toilets

Cleaning of toilets in buildings including urinals, water closet, bath rooms, toilet floor area, wash basin and around the toilet block for easy approach and maintenance of toilets in neat and tidy condition with out odor and foul smell, using cleaning agents like bleaching powder, Sabena powder, phenyl, broom sticks, cleaning brush and placing naphthalene balls, etc., including cleaning of cobweb and wall tiles once in week, cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc. -Twice in a day- Medium Toilets

Sewer line maintenance of building - Removing of blocks in the sewer lines whenever/where ever necessary, between man holes to man holes and cleaning including labour, labour leads and lifts etc., complete.

Water Supply maintenance for all buildings

Cleaning of Septic tank including hire charges of septic tank, cleaning of vehicle, labours etc. complete. (Twice in a year) - Buildings with toilets/with temporary PVC SINTEX tank.

Providing RO filter in buildings and its annual maintenance charges for yearly

ETP, STP and Sewage Lifiting station maintenance

Storm water drain maintenace - Removal of earth, sand, silt, fly ash and other loose materials deposited under water in storm water drains using baskets /vessels, Spade and special tools as per site condition including disposing the same 1Km away from the site, rate including cost of labour, lead, lift, tools & tackles, transporting by tractor, loading & unloading etc., complete.- Ash removal (Monthly once)

Culvert maintenace - Removal of earth, sand, silt, fly ash and other loose materials deposited under water in storm water drains using baskets /vessels, Spade and special tools as per site condition including disposing the same 1Km away from the site, rate including cost of labour, lead, lift, tools & tackles, transporting by tractor, loading & unloading etc., complete. (Cleaning shall be done one time during the period).

Road Sweeping and collection of litter dry leaves, earth, ash / coal dust etc along road once in a week and removing the Earth / Ash silt deposits and transporting the same with an average lead of 1km from the work spot using tractors including cost of all labour,lead, lift , etc complete. (Weely once)

Clearing away the garbage, debris & ash from dustbins, spilled lots and all other wasters lying scattered around power house area,switchyard, mill plant , boiler area, transformer yard, ash plant area turbine floor and UCBs, feeder floor area and disposing away with a lead of 1km as dircted including all Charges, lead, lift conveyance tools & plants etc complete.(Clearance to be done twice in a week from ground level locations and daily from upper floor locations such as turbine floor, UCBs , feeder, floor etc., and as directed by the Engineer In Charge. (Monthly four times)

Provision for constructing dust pits in Brick masonry/placing PVC dust bins at required locations to collect the garbage, debris and wastes, etc.., in Stage-III premises
