Dismantling of existing wooden Partition: Dismantling of 75mm thick wooden partition and door including strengthening of the existing partition with additional supports and necessary hardware’s, complete all as per sample available at ADA.

Re-assembling of existing wooden Partition: Re-assembling of 75mm thick wooden partition and door including strengthening of the existing partition with additional supports and necessary hardware’s, complete all as per sample available at ADA.

Provision of Aluminum Partition Providing, fabricating & Installation of Full height Aluminum Partition including 04 Nos of doors. All the Vertical & Horizontal members shall be powder coated AL Sections of size 65 x 40 x 1.2 mm heavy gauge forming a grid as per drawing enclosed. The partition shall be rigidly fixed to wall / Ceiling / floor, etc. for stability, the filler material shall be 05 mm thick clear glass or pin head glass fixed using AL snap fit clips, rubber gaskets, etc. complete as per samples available at ADA.

Painting for existing walls: Providing & rendering OBD of lighter shade on wall /ceiling over a coat of wall primer of approved make, two are more coat to get even and neat finish, incl touch up putty, roller finish etc. complete all as per sample available at ADA and OEMs specification.

Provision of False ceiling: Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595mm of approved texture, design and patterns as per CPWD Specification 2019, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mmthick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides)comprising of main-T runners of size 24x38 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 24x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 24x32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 12x50 mm long dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 76x25x25x1.6 mm fixed with grid and Z cleat of size 25x37x25x1.6mm thick with precut hole on both 25mm flange to pierce into 12x50mm or even bigger size dash fastener if require, fixed with Galvanized iron perimeter wall angle or size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall S.S screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in Charge.

Provision of Wooden storage: Providing, fabricating & installation of sliding wooden storage shutters of size: 1000 mm x 600 mm & 2000 mm x 600mm (approx.), made out of 12 mm thick Pre-laminated with decorative lamination one side and the other side balancing lamination exterior grade -I MDF Board of approved shades respectively with double sliding doors with standard hardware such as lock, suitable PC handles, sliding doors with channels for smooth movement, locking arrangement, edge beading etc. complete neat and attractive finish as per sample available at ADA, including transportation, shifting, labor etc.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white color casement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant shall be paid separately). Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made Casement cum fixed panel window having both end single casement panel, middle fixed panels and at top completely fixed ventilator with S.S friction hinges (350 x 19 x 1.9) made of (big series) frame 67 x 60 mm , sash 67 x 80 mm & mullion 67 x 80 mm all having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead/double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 3.00 sqm up to 5.00 sqm).

Interior Painting Providing & Rendering OBD of lighter shade on the existing painted wall/ceiling over a coat of wall primer with two or more coat of approved make to get even and neat finish, including scrapping the worn-out surfaces, touch up putty, filling cracks and crevices, roller finish, scaffolding. etc complete all as per OEM Specification and as per sample available at ADA.

Supply & Drawing of sub-circuit 2 runs of 2.5 Sqmm + 1 run of 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable In the existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit as required. (For UPS Power Circuit)
