Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section,including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed natural ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes(or similer holes)each n exc 0.5 cum getting out,returning filling in and raming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggergate as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hand rails,half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wires, etc, flat iron fillets(for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling,bolting or riveting etc.and similer work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 (For Fencing) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10 cm long diameter of the neck in 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in Repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strainging bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling fencing wire mesh/ barbed, any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised chain link fencing 75 mm diagonal mesh size of 2-3 mm dia wire fixed angle iron fencing post including prov. of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Conforming to IS 2721 : 2023

M&L for cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggergate in lintels upto 1..5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands or beams, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rouinded for chamfered angles throating & formwork and incl Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles laid bedded pointed in mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement & pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 50 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 in foundations, filling and mass concrete including demolition cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 22 mm thick using grey cement and no pigment set over & including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) with neat cement and pointed in grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required including Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered concrete, stone or wall surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron work or mild steel work of any description and S&F Framed mild steel work of grade E-165 (Fe-290) as in framed work such as doors, gates or frame for cooler stand with gusset plates, rails, braces etc, drilled for fixing of sheeting or other covering of door etc, to be prepared for hanging or sliding etc including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar, seperation, cleaning and stacking of serviceable bricks for reuse and removal of debris, rubbish to a distance n. exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 20 above but except bricks(Old serviceable dismantalled bricks obtained from srl item serviceable dismantalled bricks obtained from srl item no.19 shall be reused after cleaning of bricks) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for brick work with sub Class 'B' old size bricks, in 1/2 brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair (without using extra cement) including taking down cement plaster from brick walls of any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Granite (of any type) work 18-20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any descriptionlaid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete louvers and jalies, 25 mm thick type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) (measured solid), Set in CM 1:4 including all moulding but excluding frames in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.
