Supplying, fitting & fixing of Aluminium fixed partion wall of all aluminium sections viz top, bottom and side member, intermediate member, glazing clip made of Aluminium Alloy Extrusions conforming to IS: 733-1983 and IS: 1285-1975, annodized conforming to IS:1868- 1983, fitted with all other accessories viz. EPDM gusket,cleat, angle screws etc. including labour charges for fitting and fixing of aluminium fixed partition wall with glass / panel board all complete as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Excluding cost of glass/ panel board, 10-12 Micron thickness Annodizing film. Natural white./ for unsupported length of vertical member upto 1.50m. height of both ends of vertical member restrained but panel above 0.90

Wall panelling / partition with Melamine faced 3 layered flat pressed wood particle board of approved make and brand as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge of requisite grade bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin conforming to IS: 848 - 1974 (excluding the cost of supporting frame work and teak wood battens / lipping) bothside laminated / 12 mm thick.

Supplying bubble free float glass of approved make and brand conforming to IS: 2835-1987;/ 5 mm thick colour/tinted/smoke glass.

Supplying 4 lever mortice lock or any approved make and brand as per direction of EIC./ 150 mm

Supplying 125 mm dia acrylic handle for aluminium door as per approved make and brand./ natural colour.

Godrej Hydraulic door closer fitted and fixed complete. / medium duty

Removing loose scales, blisters etc. from old painted surface and thoroughly smoothening the surfac to make the same suitable for receiving fresh coat of paint.

Applying interior grade acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or concrete surface old or new surface to receive distemper / acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of EIC./ two coats / water based interior grade Acrylic primer.

Applying acrylic emulsion paint of approved make and brand on walls and ceiling including sand papering in intermidiate coats including putty. Two coats.

Supplying bubble free float glass of approved make and brand conforming to IS: 2835-1987;/ 8 mm thick clear glass.

Supplying and fixing of curtain of made of approroved cotton material including cost of all fittings. size of window:

Supplying of wooden chair of base size 22"x20"x3.5'( back ht.) made of 2"x2" wooden frame and full back rest, cushion etc. finishing with french polish complete as per drawing and design of Engineer in Charge.

French polishing to wood including preparing the surface.(for new surface)
