Construction of "Pre-engineered Building" (Civil + Electrical) including all design works with concept/schematic design, detailed design, archetectural drawings, RCC & structural design, Electrical work drawing, working drawings and shop drawings etc. duly vetted by CSIR-CFTRI, Mysuru (Warehouse tobe designed for minimum 30 years life), construction of RCC foundation, substructure, Plinth, Cement Concrete Flooring, 3mm thick self levelling epoxy flooring, Plinth-protection, site developement at all levels with earthwork in filling /cutting as per requirements & site condition, Antitermite Treatement for plinth, Supplying & Eretion of Pre-enginered structure including fabrication at workshop, supply to site, transportation, loading/ unloading, erection/bolting/ welding/ shot blasting/ painting of preengineered structural steel building, lean-to shed, canopy, rolling shutters, Internal and external painting, Two track uPVC sliding windows etc. comprising rigid portal frames, roof trusses, gable columns & frames, eaves girder, turbo ventilator, roofing sheets in bare galvalume 0.50m TCT, Wall cladding in colored galvalume 0.50mm TCT, tie member, sag rods, purlins, side runners, rafter & column bracing, cladding frames, canopy, skylight, gutter, rainwater down-comer, holding down bolts, base plates, painting etc as per design and drawing using built-up sections/Hot Rolled sections/Cold formed built-up sections of approved makes, Complete internal & External electrification of the warehouse as per requirements/scope of work etc. complete as per technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge along with submission of as built drawings of works.
