Dismanteling , Storing and safely Keeping and transporting Existing Lights , Heavy Metal halide sets , Straing wire of Poles Etc and dipositing those at the PWD Stack under BMC Electrical Sub Division

Supply and Delivery of 230 V , 50 Hz Operated 72 W LED type Outddor street light with Toughened glass with aluminium die casting with IP 64/65/66 protection with in built surge protector Device of rating upto 10 KV similar to Phillips model Greenline V2 cat no BRP322 LED 110 CW HE MR FG S3 X T or similar design Make :- Phillips / Havells / Orient or any brand recognised by EIC. and Fixing the same with proper nuts bolts to the arm of pole as per G.S with GI 18 SWG wire tie *****(Inside BC Roy and SRB campus , Ladie's hostel old ) *****

Fixing only outdoor / street light type fluorescent light fitting or MV light fitting complete with all accessories to be fixed /projected from the wall of the building incl. making holes/providing clamping arrangement & necy. GI reducer as required. S&F 40 mm GI pipe (ISI-Medium) quality 1.5 mts. average length having suitable bend S&F necy. length of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated single core stranded annealed copper wire and making connections as required and mending good damages to wall incl. painting etc.

Supply and fixing GI reducer (40x15mm)

Providing CC (6:3:1) muffing 600x600x760 mm in size or equivalent size of cylindrical muffing above ground level around the pole base complete with 3 mm thick neatly finished cement plaster all round after dismantling the unserviceable muffing if necessary Without Loop Box

Replacing staywire with 7/8 SWG GI (Hot Dip) stranded Wire (45 Ton quality) incl. S & F GI thimble and making off binding at both ends

Supplying and Fixing GI water proof looping cable box having hinged GI Top Cover having 4 mm thick with rubber gasket lining, railway type mechanical locking arrangement, earthing terminal with lug etc. of the following sizes as indicated below, Comprising of one 250 V, 15 A Kit-Kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator etc. and housing the same in pole muffing incl. addition and alteration to the existing CC muffing (6:3:1) after dismantling the damaged looping cable box etc. where necy. incl. painting 250 x 250 x 100mm

Supplying and fixing Timer panel M S Box with hing type front open door and threathed locking arrangement in one side made of 18 SWG CRCA MS Sheet of size 500 x 300 x 200 mm. fixed in wallon flate iron frame as per direction EIC.The Box shuld comprising following accessorise. A) 230 V , 50 Hz ,16 Amp Single dial 1 x 24 Hrs.Timer similar to ( Microrex QT31 ) of quartz driven running reserve Day dial back up by nickle cadmium battery (Make - GEC / Legrand ) – 1 no B) One no. ML-1 conctractor,(L&T make) with ( 2 NO or 1 NO + 1 NC Aux. Contract ) ( Make - Legrand / L & T ) – 1 no C) 4 pole 32 Amps MCB ( L & T / Ligrand ) - 1 no D) Auto / Manual By pass Toggle Switch arrangement – 1 no. E) 250 V , Diode type neon Indicator lamp ( Make - Legrand ) – 1 no F) Bakelite base with FP bolt type stud / Terminal block incl S & F Neutral Bar , with spring washer ,nuts etc with this box for termination of power to complete arrangement must be wiring by 4 Sq mm PVC insulated 'FRLS' Cu wire with suitable length incl socketing /lugs etc as per requirement & direction of EIC (for controlling outdoor street light fitting fittings)
