Supply & Fixing Factory made single extruded WPC ( Wood Polymer Composite ) Solid Door Frame / Chowkhat of Size 45mm x 70 mm comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade ), Calcium Carbonate and nautral fibers ( Wood Powder / Rice husk / Wheat husk ) and non toxic additives (maximum toxcity index of 12 for 100 gms ) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC Solvant cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg /cum and screw withdrawl strength of 2200 N (face ) & 1100 N (Edge) minimum Compressive strength of 58 N /sqmm modulus of elasticity 900 N/Sqmm and resisitence to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite / borer proof , water moisture proof and fire retaident and fixed in position with and including MS hold Fast lugs / SS Dash Fastner of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(M.S. Hold fast/Lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door /window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted on both faces of shutter for fixing Mosquito mesh and XTN aluminium mesh together on panel area of door except stiles and rails to be panelled with and including mesh with self tapping round headed scresws at required distance, screws and edges covered with feathered pvc edge beading all around of mesh and fixing stainless Steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS Screws with and including 03 Nos door Stainless steel butt hings 100mm long with Stainlessd steel screws for each , 02 Nos stainless steel barrel tower bolts of extrude section, 150mm long (ISI marked) conforming to IS 15833-2009, 2 Nos stainless steel handles, 125 mm long, (ISI marked) conforming to IS 208-2020 , 01 No. of helical door spring of 300 mm length complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. Material test certificate of all the items and authentication should be compulsory provided by the manufacturing company 2. The rate of 03 Nos door Stainless steel butt hings 100mm long with Stainlessd steel screws for each , 02 Nos stainless steel barrel tower bolts of extrude section, 150mm long (ISI marked), 2 Nos stainless steel handles, 125 mm long, (ISI marked) , 01 no. of helical door spring of 300 mm length is inclusive in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this item. 3. The rate of taking down of existing shutter complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. 4 .The rate of Mosquito mesh and XTN aluminium mesh is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material and labour for Providing and fixing aluminium work with Polyester powder coated aluminium ( minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conformikng to IS:733 and IS :1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size,including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions i.e at top , bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth , rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including aluminium cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling , C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note :- (i) Weight of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles , aluminium butt hinges, aluminium handles , aluminium tower bolts , aluminium peg stays & aluminium snap beading shall be physically ascertained through a board of officers convened by GE and payment shall be made only after ascertaining the actual weight of aluminium at site. (ii) The rate of material and labour for providing the EPDM rubber, neoprene gasket , C.P. brass / stainless steel screws are included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iii) During considering the weight of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles , aluminium butt hinges, aluminium handles , aluminium tower bolts , aluminium peg stays & aluminium snap beading , the weight of EPDM rubber, neoprene gasket , C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws shall not be considered for measurments and payments. Only the weight of the aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles, aluminium butt hinges, aluminium handles , aluminium tower bolts , aluminium peg stays & aluminium snap beading shall be considered and measurment and payment shall be made accourdingly. (iv) During the weight of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles , aluminium butt hinges, aluminium handles , aluminium tower bolts , aluminium peg stays & aluminium snap beading ,the weight of polyester powder coating 50 micron shall not be considered for weight but the rate of material and labour for providing polyester powder coating 50 micron is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (v) Glazing /Paneling and wire mesh shall be measured and paid seperately. (v)The board shall be duly countersigned by GE shall enclosed with Final Bill .

Supply and fixing 100 mm long Stainless Steel Butt Hinges, cast brass, with mild steel hinge pin, bright polished and fixed, Ditto, but t ype C-21 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel barrel tower bolts, 200 mm long, stove enamelled black with bright bolts and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing type 3 stainless steel door handle of size 100 mm conforming to IS 208-2020, fixed with countersunk conforming to IS 208-2020 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
