Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

Taking down the unserviceable switches, ceiling roses, regulators, sockets, call bells and switch socket combination etc.without point wiring.

Taking down the unserviceable MCB DBs & metal clad sockets of any capacity/any type.

Taking down the unserviceable MCB of any rating and any size/type.

Taking down old unsreviceable sub main wiring of any size.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) single core PVC insulated heavy duty ISI Marked FRLS unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through in and including non metallic rigid PVC white conduit not less than 20mm dia and conduit accessories concealed/fixed to wall/floors/ceiling etc and provision of PVC Insulated heavy duty ISI marked unsheathed copper conductor,1.5 sqmm for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly including suitable size of sheet metal box 1.6mm thick fixed and flushed inside the walls, with 3mm thick laminated sheet top cover for housing the switches, socket outlests, fan regulators including fixing PVC round block 8 cm dia and 4 cm in depth etc., for the following: -

One light point controlled by one 5 Amps switch

One ceiling fan/exhaust fan controlled by one 5 Amps switch

One socket 5 Amp on independent board.

One socket 5 Amp on same board with other switches

All as per item No 6 above but wiring with 2.5 sqmm FRLS copper cable including earth continuty conductor with 2.5 sq mm FRLS copper cable for one 6 pin 15 Amps socket outlet on independent board controlled by 15 Amps switch.

Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area ) , single core, PVC insulated with multistranded PVC unsheathed copper conductor FRLS cable in and including PVC casing - caping of suitable size medium grade ISI marked complete and sunk CI/pressed steel terminal switch boxes flush mounting type with new hylam sheet (white) top cover, including earth wire continuity of PVC insulated, unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) copper conductor connected to all fittings, sunken boxes and common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the following:-

One light point controlled by one 5 Amps switch

Supply and fix in repair LED lights fitting 20 Watt, 220V, 4 feet long, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair LED, Tube light fitting 12 Watt, 2 feet long, 6500K self blasted LED batten, extruded thermoplastic body with PC diffuser in square shape CRI>80, beam angle 120 degree, surface mounted high and two round block for mounting tubelight fittings all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Polycab Cat No: LD00103028 or its techno commercial equivalent.

Supply and fix in repair LED light fitting (mirror light) with high out put diffuser, 2 feet long, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size and two round block for mounting tubelight fittings including dismantling old unsv fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair LED luminaire 600mmx600 mm, 36 watt, 220 V AC recessed/surface mounted type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair round shape 12 watt 220 volts AC recessed/surface type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with drivers, holders, LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Supply and fix in repair round shape 15/18 watt 220 volts AC recessed/surface type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with drivers, holders, LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F fix in repair LED light fitting 10 Watt Bulkhead luminaires including LED light driver holder connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair building security light LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair building security light LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair post top lantern LED type 20 Watt 230 watt volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sub-main wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm unsheathed PVC insulated, single core heavy duty ISI Marked FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including not less than 25mm dia non metallic rigid PVC white conduit/casing caping and conduit accesories concealed/fixed to wall/roof/floor and including suitable PVC conduit with 4 sqmm copper earth wire after taking out the existing sub-main wiring, making good to the distrubed surfaces also matching the existing surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: 2 runs of cable and one run earth wire and conduit will be measured as one length. Three run of 4 Sq mm and PVC conduct is measured as one Run or one Meter.

All as per item No 34 above but in PVC Casing Capping.

M&L for sub-main wiring with two runs of 6 sqmm unsheathed PVC insulated, single core heavy duty ISI Marked FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with copper conductor drawn through and including not less than 25mm dia non metallic rigid PVC white conduit/casing caping and conduit accesories concealed/fixed to wall/roof/floor and including suitable PVC conduit with 6 sqmm copper earth wire after taking out the existing sub-main wiring, making good to the distrubed surfaces also matching the existing surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: 2 runs of cable and one run earth wire and conduit will be measured as one length. Three run of 6 Sq mm and PVC conduct is measured as one Run or one Meter.

All as per item No 36 above but in PVC Casing Capping.

M&L for sub-main wiring with four runs of 10 sqmm unsheathed PVC insulated, single core heavy duty ISI Marked FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with copper stranded conductor drawn through and including not less than 25mm dia non metallic rigid PVC white conduit/casing caping and conduit accesories concealed/fixed to wall/roof/floor and including suitable PVC conduit with 10 sqmm copper earth wire after taking out the existing sub-main wiring, making good to the distrubed surfaces also matching the existing surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Four runs of 10 Sqmm copper cable, one run of 10 Sqmm copper cable for earth continuity and PVC conduit will be measured as one run or one meter.

All as per item No 38 above but in PVC Casing Capping.

M&L for point wiring complete with 2 run of 4 sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) single core PVC insulated heavy duty ISI Marked FRLS unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through in and including non metallic rigid PVC white conduit not less than 25mm dia and conduit accessories concealed/fixed to wall/floors/ceiling etc and provision of PVC Insulated heavy duty ISI marked unsheathed copper conductor, 4 sqmm for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly for 20 Amps metal clad socket.

Supply and fix in repair single pole and netural sheet metal encloser with a two pin and earth plug socket complete including one single pole MCB of 20 Amp, C Curve, 10 KA rupturing capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair sheet metal enclosures for MCB distribution board 415 Volts Triple pole and neutral 4 way, Double door with 200A rated bus bar complete including flushing the DBs inside the wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces and also matching with the existing surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : MCBs shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and fix in repair sheet metal enclosures for MCB distribution board 230 Volts Single pole and neutral 16 way Double door with 200A rated bus bar complete including flushing the DBs inside the wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces and also matching with the existing surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : MCBs shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and fix in repair sheet metal enclosures for MCB distribution board 230 Volts Single pole and neutral 12 way Double door with 200A rated bus bar complete including flushing the DBs inside the wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces and also matching with the existing surface all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note : MCBs shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and fix in repair sheet metal enclosures for MCB distribution board 230 Volts Single pole and neutral 8 way Double door with 200A rated bus bar complete including flushing the DBs inside the wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces and also matching with the existing surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : MCBs shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and fix in repair sheet metal enclosures for MCB distribution board 230 Volts Single pole and neutral 4 way, Double door with 200A rated bus bar complete including flushing the DBs inside the wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces and also matching with the existing surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : MCBs shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and fix in repair 63 Amp rating, 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of Single Pole and Neutral in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair 32 Amps ratijng, 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of Single Pole and Neutral, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 5 to 32 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 300mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 250mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6 mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level connected to 4 mm dia GI earth wire as earth lead upto a length of 7.5 metre long by means of bolts,nuts, washers etc. and protected by GI pipe light grade 15mm dia and 20mm dia GI tubing light grade with funnel for watering, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, back-fill with salt and charcoal, provision of test point including connected to earth test point and necessary earth work excavation in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 bed and chamber RCC (1:2:4) type B1, iron grill including GI cover with hinge and funnel watering pipe etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 52 above but using galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead

Note : (a) The bidder shall note that One Electrician(skilled) and One Helper(semi skilled) shall be made available alongwith T & P at MES Complaint Cell, AFS Yelahanka throughout the contract period against the fixing of items covered under BOQ The rate shall be deemed to be included in this provision in the quoted rate and nothing extra shall be entertained by Govt on this account. (b) Please note that the contract shall run for the period of 11 (eleven) months irrespective of quantities provided in BOQ. (c) The bidder shall note that electrician and helper employed should have mobile with them for the easy communications with USER & JE EM through ONLINE COMPLAINT SYSTEM. (d) The bidder shall note that Electrician and helper employed should have there individual bicycle to attend the complaints.
