M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block ( Type C-1 1:3:6 , 20 mm graded agg) masonry with solid blocks exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work on concrete surfaces in cm (1:4) rendering to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC @ 3% by wt of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items)

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of concrete or concrete surface in ceiling in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match laid over 20mm thick avg screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 300 x 200 x 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match.
