SPL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF RUSTED/CORRODED EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY PIPE LINE OF VARIOUS SIZES ALONGWITH CONNECTED ACCESSORIES AT CERTAIN LOACTION IN K AREA UNDER GE CHANDIGARH.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth; for foundation, etc. and getting out complete, all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, complete, all as specified.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete, all as specified.

Taking down up to 80mm GI/CI/DI/ any type water main (including all fittings), with spigot and socketed ends jointed with run lead joints or rubber gasket (push-on) joint including burning out lead of joints and collecting run lead for re-use and removing unserviceable pipe from site complete, all as specified and directed. Note :-Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for Brick masonry valve pit of size 900cm x 600 cm x 1000 mm internal dimension of chamber with fly ash bricks including plastering internally and flush pointing externally in cement mortar 1:4, PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 as in foundation concrete bed/ floor coping and 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on internal and exposed external surfaces, external plaster shall be upto 15 cm below ground level and mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement with MS sheet cover 3 mm thick with handle and locking arrangement and earth work in soft/ loose soil and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete in and outer side of the MS sheet cover and angle iron frame complete all specified and as directed.

M&L Stainless steel work such as Frames , grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred doors; Gates, OH ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings work conforming to grade 304 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified

Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2,using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, sub base to paver blocks etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete (of M-35 grade) interlocking paver block, manufactured in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top, (with grey cement and pigment) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 laid over and including 50mm thick cushion of coarse sand & filling the joints after laying complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cement concrete in roof kerbs or roof padding,mud stops, coping, rounded or chamfered on edges with and including using necessary use and waste of formwork for fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: For the purpose of arriving at lumpsum amount, the amount of credit schedule i.e Sch 'A' section II (i.e Rs 2,30,075.00 shall be deducted from the total amount arrived.
