Providing and placing Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 grade using hard broken granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 20mm and down graded t I.S specified grading (To achive the specified characteristic strengh of 20 N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by bailing/pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating. water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strengh specified in the approved drawing and specifications etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting water tight steel centering for sides and sofits including supports and strutting upto 3.29M height for plain surface such as RCC slab, vertical slabs, side slabs of RCC works wioth all cross bracings using mild steel B.G.10gauge sheets of size 90cm x60cmx10 gauge stiffend with welded mils dteel angels of size 25mm x25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak(country wood) joists of size 10cmx6.5 spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work (The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor). The payment should be made after the concrete is laid.

Refilling the excavated earth in layers not exceeding 23cm thickness and watering to OMC (Optimum Moisture content) and compaction of each layer to 95% of proctor Density through deployment of appropriate compaction equipment (8-10T power roller) vibratory power roller of short width ( 0.90m width drum) power roller or vibratory power roller/fuel operated or electrically operated, vibratory plate compactors, ensuring compaction of designed bund section including side slopes etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications.

Repairing & Replacement of screw gearing shutter and CI headset with wormnut hoist comprising of a screw rod made of 75mm Ø MS Rod of length 2000mm. The threaded portion shall be 2700mm with 12mm pitch. The screw rod shall be connected to the shutter. Wormnut hoist to suit 75mm screw rod shall be provided. The worm wheel shall be made of phosphor bronze with 175mm OD with 25 teeth x 25mm circular pitch. Thrust ball bearings should be provided on either side of the worm wheel. Oil seal of size 110x135x13 shall be provided on either side of the worm wheel. A cast iron cover shall be provided over the whole arrangement. MS Worm 75mm ID & 25mm, pitch double thread shall be provided. Thrust ball bearing O 12 shall be provided on either side of worm. A wormnut stand of height 740mm & 380mm at the top & 590mm at the bottom shall be provided with 10mm MS plate. The cost includes cost of all materials, cost of consumables like welding rods, grinding wheels, oxygen & acetylene gas, diesel & oil for generator, process charges like gas cutting, welding, labour charges for dismantling, loading, lifting, unloading, transport, erection, hire charges for equipments like chainpulley block, welding machine, cutting set, grinding machine, power charges for generator, conveyance to site and clearing them after completion of work, including cost of trial operation, etc., warranty for 5 years, complete as directed by the departmental officers.
