COMPREHENSIVE MAINT AND REPAIR IN THE AOR OF VARIOUS UNITS AT MIL STN JAISALMER UNDER GE (A) JAISALMER

M&L Non-skid ceramic colour tiles (premium/special quality) 7 to 8 mm thick , (square/rectangular), area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of the tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement sand mortar 1:6 including dismanthing floor/hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic colour tiles of size 450 x 300 x 7mm thick (premium/special quality) in vertical wall etc set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with the colour of tile over and including 10 mm thick backing course in cement sand mortar 1:4 including dismanthing floor/hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for double charge, stainfree, vitrified tiles, Premium (1st) quality straight edge, coloured tiles 600 X 600 mm and 9-10 mm thick, as in floors etc. in any pattern of light coloured tiles as in approved shade, set in neat cement , including r and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement sand mortar 1:6 including dismanthing floor/hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off premises complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 3 herein but as in skirting, steps etc in vertical surfaces , complete all as specified.

M&L for glazed vitrified tiles 8-10mm thick (square / rectangular ) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.36 Sqm not exceeding 0.72 Sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cment slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed vitrified tiles 8-10mm thick (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.36 Sqm not exceeding 0.72 Sqm, in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed plaster 10mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Non - skid Ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including inc screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 including including dismantling floor, removing rubbish off the premises and other necessities of job complete all as specified. Note : Work will be in patches or in bulk all as specified and directed

All as per item No 07. but as in skirting, steps etc in vertical surfaces with 6-8mm thick bedding ofve complete all as specified

Re-securing, easing, andjusting, greasing, gear asssembling (without taking down) re-fixing the same for Rolling shutter of size exc 5.00 sqm but n. exc 30 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Mirror polishing on old marble/ granite/ Kota stone/ stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete.
