Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m initial lead and 1.50m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm. To 7cm and layingin layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth etc complete.

12mm thick cement plaster in C.M.(1:6) over brick finished smooth to the outside smooth surface of wall including cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials cost of labour and T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in -charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing of MS windows grills of approved design and door with frame in proper position making good to the damages of walls of RCC or other structural etc including mending or cutting sizes or grooves in chaukaths with cost conveyance taxes of all materials required for the work etc complete

Providing fitting and fixing and false ceiling with aluminium anodised T section No. 3215 with 2'-0" centre to center L section No. 1705 up to 15 micron on 4 walls to be dixed by means of steel screw and PVC plug and the aluminium grid 2'-0"x2'-0" suspended from ceiling etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge

Wall painting two coats with any approved quality of weather seal coat of approved shade to give an even shade includng cost of all materials labour T&P required for the work etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge

Plastic emulsion paint two coats over a coat of priming to walls of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of distemper etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of 60mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by block making machine with proper copaction laid in required pattern ec coplete in all respect conforming to IRC SP-63-2018 etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying water proofs with polymeric bituminous membrane (Plastic felt) of 2.25kg/Sqm and 1.5mm thickness consisting of layers having centre core of 20 microns thermophysible high molecular high density polythene CHMHD. PE filling of grade 250m including priming the surface with bituminous primer @ 0.3Kg/sqm providing a coat of hot blown bitumen of 1.32Kg/sqm applying and laying plastic felt membrane with adheved to blown bitumen of 85/25 or 90/15 grade and covered with a layer of hot blown bitumen @ 1.2Kg/sqm etc. complete.

Painting two coats with any approved paint on over one coat of primer new work including all cost of paint and labour etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
