PROVISION OF ROAD FOR WORK SERVICES FOR IEWR SINGPUR UNDER AF STN GWALIOR

Amount

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 250 metre but not exceeding 500 metre and depositing where directed including properly leveling of deposited soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting/filling with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller including filling in soft spots, depressions etc., which occur during rolling to required camber and gradient etc. including watering before and during rolling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm (compacted thickness) Granular sub-base course (GSB), (laid in two layers each of 75 mm thickness )(compacted) using broken graded stone aggeregate 40 mm to 60 mm size ,over compacted sub grade with spreading, levelling and rolling with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller and consolidating to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) using crushed stone coarse aggregate of approved grading , laid in two layers each of 75 mm thickness (compacted) with paver, each layer spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required including necessary lateral support & form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm spread thickness moorum/red bajri filling in road berms, spread, levelled and rammed including watering and consolidated with hand/power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of un-surfaced Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) by brushing with wire brush or removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) VG-10 @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm using mechanical sprayer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for premix bituminous, macadam using binder paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 4.0% by weight of total mix, mixed in automatic hot mix plant using design mix and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, consolidated thickness 75mm or less laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to achieve uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified & directed. Note:-In the event of increase in percentage of binder content as per job mix formula, nothing extra shall be admissible and quoted rate shall be deemed to include for the same. However, in case bitumen requirement is less than 4.0% same shall be regularized as per actual mix design with minus adjustment of less bitumen @ Rs. 50 Kg.

M & L for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using mechanical sprayer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 40 mm consolidated thickness bituminous premixed asphaltic semidense concrete with marshal stability 1050 Kg using binder paving bitumen (VG-30) contents @ 5.5% by weight of total mix, mixed in automatic hot mix plant with design mix & laid in single layer using self propelled mechanical paver rolled & compacted with power road roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity and consolidated to required gradient and camber etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) In the event of increase in percentage of binder content as per job mix formula ,nothing extra shall be admissible and quoted rate are deemed to include for the same. However, in case bitumen requirement is less than 5.5% utilised same shall be regularized as per actual mix design with minus adjustment of less bitumen @ Rs 50 per Kg. (ii) Please note that SDAC to be laid immediately after laying of BM. In case the SDAC could not be laid within 48 hours of laying of BM, primer coat @ 3Kg / 10Sqm to applied over freshly prepared bituminous surface and nothing extra shall be paid by the Govt. on this account. No claim what so ever shall be entertained by Govt on this account. (iii) Contractor shall provide bitumen extraction apparatus alongwith benzene and other requiste material at site to determine the bitumen content without any extra cost for design mix semi dense asphaltic concrete.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete, type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for M-25 design mix Cement concrete work (vacuum concrete using necessary equipment) in pavement/ hard-standing in field using minimum 360 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by belting and brooming complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming Construction joint 25mm deep x 10mm wide, primed and providing a backup rod/debonding strip and top 10mm (excluding 2 to 3mm recess at top) primed and sealed with and using polyurethane based sealing compound with suitable primer as manufacturer's recommendations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming Contraction/dummy joint 8mm wide x 84mm (1/3 of concrete depth) deep, primed and providing a backup rod/debonding strip and top 10mm primed and sealed with and using polyurethane based sealing compound with suitable primer as manufacturer's recommendations including 3mm wide saw cut upto 60mm depth complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping, and similar work all exceeding 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads pavements and the like n exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 ,type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in mortar1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
