Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing removable raised/false access flooring with system and its components of approved make for different plenum height with possible height adjustment upto 50 mm, comprising of modular load bearing floor panels supported on G.I. rectangular stinger frame work and G.I. Pedestal etc. all complete, as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge consisting of: (a) Providing at required spacing to form modular framework, pedestals made out of GI tube of thickness minimum 2 mm and 25 mm outer diameter, fully welded on to the G.I. Base plate of size 100mm x 100mm x 3mm at the bottom of the pedestal tube, G.I. pedestal head of size 75mmx75mmx3.5 mm welded with GI fully threaded stud 16mm outer diameter with two GI Check nuts screwed on the stud for level adjustment upto 50mm, locking and stabilizing the pedestal head in position at the required level. The pedestals shall be fixed to the subfloor (base) through base plate using epoxy based adhesive of approved make or the machine screw with rawl plug. (b) Stringers system in all steel construction hot dipped galvanized of rectangular size 570x20x30x0.80mm thick having holes at both ends for securing the stringers on to the pedestal head using fully threaded screws ensuring maximum lateral stability in all directions, the grid formed by the pedestal and stringer assembly shall receive the floor panel, this system shall provide adequate solid, rigid support for access floor panel, the system shall provide a minimum clear uninterrupted clearance between the bottom of the floor for electrical conduits and and wiring etc. all complete as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (c) Providing and fixing Access Floor panel of 600x600x32 mm medium grade Filled Steel anti static high pressure Lamination of 800H grade (FS800H). Access Floor panel shall be steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan with uniform pattern of 64 hemispherical cones. The top and bottom plates of Steel Gauges: top 0.6 mm and bottom 0.7 mm fused spot welded together (minimum 64 welds in each dome and 20 welds along each flange). The panel should be Corroresist epoxy coated for lifetime rust protection and cavity formed by the top and bottom plate is filled with Pyrogrip noncombustible Portland cementitious core mixed with lightweight foaming compound. The access floor shall be factory finished with Anti-static High Pressure laminate with Non Warp technology upto 1mm thickness for superior adhesion and Surface flatness within 0.75mm.The panel is to withstand a Concentrated Load of 363 kgs applied on area 25mm x 25mm without collapse in the centre of the panel which is placed on four steel blocks. The panel will withstand and Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL) minimum 1250 kg/sqm and an impact load of 50kg all complete as per the approved manufacturers specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. All specification must be printed on the side of the panel to ensure the quality of the product. 450 mm Finished Floor Height (FFH).

Providing and fixing vertical venetian blinds of VISTA or equivalent of coloured head rail, overall width of window and overall drop of window, which is to be fixed recess of face fix, 100mm wide fabric blinds of approved shade, and stacking either suitably left or right as per the direction of EIC

Providing unskilled workers for repair works, temporary nature of works / works unsuceptable to measure as and when required including necessary T & P (Example:- Repair works & works like shifting of store/ office, verification of annual stock, filling water in desert cooler, shifting of materials to prevent enroachment on AAI and survey work etc. as directed by E.I.C) Belder

Providing skilled workers for repair works, temporary nature of works / works unsuceptable to measure as and when required including necessary T & P (Example:- Repair works & works like shifting of store/ office, verification of annual stock, filling water in desert cooler, shifting of materials to prevent enroachment on AAI and survey work etc. as directed by E.I.C) Carpenter/Al. Fabricator etc.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular section/appropriate z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions ie. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling, C.P. brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately.). For fixed portion. Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron).

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 Grade I Type II, in paneling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with CP. brass/stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of EIC . Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc, complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of EIC. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item). With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm)

Providing and fixing prelaminated three layer medium density (exterior grade) with 9mm thick pre- laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side balancing lamination on other sides, all edges to be machine cut to the required size and duly sealed with suitable sealent including cost of providing and fixing PVC clip for snap fixing etc., a complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc, complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of EIC. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item). With float glass panes of 4.0mm thickness

Extra for providing frosted glass panes 4 / 5 mm thick instead of ordinary float glass panes 4 /5 mm thick in doors, windows and clerestory window shutters. (Area of opening for glass panes excluding portion inside rebate shall be measured). With float glass panes of 4.0 / 5 mm thickness

Providing and fixing cylindrical lock in aluminium doors model ACME, Dead lock body (38) single throw PT-DL-REG'-38SM and Euro cylinder (Euro profile key, Euro cylinder with three keys both sides, ECBS-63mm or equivalent etc. complete as direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc.complete. 125mm

Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete.Single rubber stopper

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Refixing of powder coated aluminium works for doors, windows , ventilators and partitions with extruded built up section of approved make transparent or dyed to required shade to minimum powder coating 60 micron fixed with clips or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gap at junctions at top , bottom and sides with required PVC/ neoprene felt etc. aluminium section shall be smooth rust free straight mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required i/c cleat angle pre beading for glazing / panelling CP brass / stainless steel screws all complete as per direction of EIC.(Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately) a)Fixed portion (The partitions are to be double skin, made of aluminium section and SNAP FIXED 9mm thick prelaminated particle board confirming to IS : 12823 ( Exterior grade ) " NOVAPAN '' or Equivalent , as panels on both sides by using suitable PVC clips etc. Including cost of suitable PVC cap on top / bottom of box sections wherever required etc complete. Re- fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc, complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of EIC.With float glass panes of 4.0mm thickness

Refixing of Existing Al.door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 19mm thick both side balancing lamination factory pressed BWP grade marine ply as per IS 710 of approved brand, work stations, boxes,shelves,racks, almirah, cupboard and drawer etc. including necessary nails,screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Providing and fixing teak wood lipping of required size and patterns etc., complete. 18x6mm

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. 0.8 mm thick

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing anchor fasteners of size 12mm dia and 100mm long including of drilling of plates and existing RCC structure as decided by the EIC.
