REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF GEYSERS/SOLAR WATER HEATER AND DAY TO DAY COMPLAINTS AND MISC/FITTINGS FIXTURE AT AMRITSAR CANTT

Attending of day to day geyser and solar complaints pertaining to winter appliances received in person on detailment at MES Service centre located at Old Amritsar Cantt Area by locating and rectification for geysers shock, sparking in geyser wiring , geyser not working etc fault from and Inspection taking down, opening, dismantling , descaling, replacing unserviceable items brushing and cleaning of storage tank and examining of water tightness of storage tank after cleaning and descaling and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed. Note - (i) The item required for replacement shall be paid separtely under respective schdule item has supply only. (ii) Necessary tools for tradesman shall be provided by the contractor. (iii) Complaints of normal nature shall be attended and rectified within 8Hrs of receipt of complaint. However, complaints of emergent nature i.e short circuit, earth fault etc shall be attended immediately on receipt of complaint round the clock. (iv) Contractor will deposit all the items to EM Store in advance and unsv items will be collected by the contractor as schedule of credit. (v) Electrician will report to AGE EM complaint cell at 9 O'Clock daily for collecting of complaints. Complaint received shall be rectified in the same day and after completion of complaint Electrician will report to complain cell for the completion report. (vi) Contractor deploy local electrician for the job so that urgent nature of complaint like noshort circuit and earth fault will also done on Holidays/ Sunday. (vii) For Non attending of urgent nature complaint within 24 hours a penalty of 100 RS/per day/per complaint will be levied on contractor.

Supply only indicator lamp as per sample to geyser of any size and shape complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only inner shell as per sample of suitable size made of stainless steel sheet of Fe 305 22 SWG ISI Marked can bear pressuure upto 0.8 MPa suitable for geyser of any type/Make and 25 litres capacity complete with all suitable accessories such as thermal insulation etc complete all as specified and directed as per sample.

Supply only inner shell as per sample of suitable size made of stainless steel sheet of Fe 305 22 SWG ISI Marked can bear pressuure upto 0.8MPa suitable for geyser of any type/Make and 50 litres capacity complete with all suitable accessories such as thermal insulation etc complete all as specified and directed as per sample.

Supply only inner base assembly as per sample complete with inlet ,outlet, thermostat pipes with drain plug and screw including clamps for holding the elements, nuts, bolt ,washer etc, ISI Marked for geyser of any type/Make and 25/50 litres capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of copper wire, 3 core, flexible type of size 2.5 sqmm etc complete all as specified and directed.
