Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms , lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m -All kinds of soil.

Demolishing brick work, manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - In cement mortar.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - 1:3:6 or richer mix.

Supply of Quary rubbish including stacking to department gauge for premeasurement and spreading required thickness as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:4:8 (1 cement:4coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for foundations, footings , bases for columns.- Using steel sheet with M.S.frames

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls , return walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping bed blocks , anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centring,shuttering and finishing:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:2:4 (1 cement:2coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand).

Making of bund wall with HDPE cement bags filled with stone dust for discharge regulations, breach closing/diversion arrangement. The rate includes the cost of empty HDPE bags, cost of stone dust, labour charges for filling the bags, placing in position for its purpose in or under foul conditions removing the bags from site completing the work etc., complete as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and fixing 110mm dia PVC pipe(4kg/cm2) in weep holes including cement concrete 1:5:10( one cement 5 sand and 10 graded stone aggregate)and filling of pebbles etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Hire charges for JCB for disposal of surplus excavated earth and demolished materials upto distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.

Hire charges for Tipper for disposal of surplus excavated earth and demolished materials 2Km outer the periphery of the area cleared. The rate includes hire charges for Tipper machinery, cost of fuel and lubricant, salary for Operator and cleaner ete., complete as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.

Supplying and filling with gravel (excluding rock ) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc.in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering etc.complete including all lead and lift.
