REPAIRS/ CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLE, SEPTIC TANK, CULVERT, PATH, SURFACE CHANNELS, TOILETS, SANITARY FITTINGS, PLUMBING ETC TO MD/ OTM ACCN AT DAD AND CQA(V) UNDER GE(S) AHMEDNAGAR

Labour only for removing blockage of WC (Indian or EWC), urinal, bath and kitchen, gully trap including cleaning of pan, floor trap and removing blockage of down pipe upto1st manhole complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - (a) The item shall be operated on demand/complaint of users and shall be executed on specific written direction of JE/AGE . (b) All written docket shall be serially numbered, jointly signed including the USER with bldg./Qtr No and entered in MB for the purpose of measurement and payment. (c) A recovery of Rs.200/-shall be levied as panalty from the contractor if the complaints are not done within 24 Hrs.Decision of GE in this regard shall be final and binding. Document in support of satisfatory completion of each complaint shall be preserved by contractor and submitted for verification.

Cleaning of existing SGSW/RCC pipe line of upto 150 mm dia pipes between the manholes by mechanical operated machine for removing blockage, debris from pipes taking out the blocked sludge debris etc collected in the manholes from pipe , cleaning & depositing sludge/debries to excavated pit/area, spreading necessary insecticise where sludge is deposited all as specified and as directed by Engr in-charge. (all sludge/debried should be deposited in nearest pit & cover with sand & necessary disinfection be carried out) Note :- Rs 200.00 for each complaint shall be deducted from the payment of contractor in case complaint is not attended and rectified within 24 hours since ordered.

Dewatering of sludge & removing the sludge from septic tank of 25 to 50 Users, cleaning the septic tank with water & removing the sludge outside the MD land & depositing, to carry out necessary disinfection where sludge is deposited all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item no. 4 here-in-before but septic tank of capacity 100 to 300 users

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m deep for foundation, laying of pipe or for shafts, wells cesspits,man holes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 150 mm bore dia (salt glazed or RCC), set in cement mortar, including bed concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC hume pipes, 150 mm bore dia, class NP2, laid in trenches over PCC bed concrete and jointed with collars complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Before starting the work the site should be shown to the GE for his approval for laying the pipe. (ii) Paid vouchers duly verified by all the concerned shall be produced at the time of payment. (iii) Excavation, earthwork and PCC bed concrete shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in slabs of septic tank, supported on walls etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in manhole cover slabs including necessary forms, moulds etc and finishing concrete surcace even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars, 10mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for use and waste of form work to soffits and edges of suspended slab for septic tank and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick, fair finished surfaces of confrete complete all as specified and as directed.
