Material and labour for Taking out/ Dismantling of existing Runway Inset light fitting and Runway Elevated fitting any type, Taxi way light, Stop bar lights, CI Box, Isolating Transformer, Sign boards, PAPI Units etc with base including core cutting disconnecting all electric wiring including transport from the runway site upto store for safe handing in the Air Force Auth, GPS survey making (X,Y,Z coordinates) coring by core cutting equipment on rigid/flexible pavement upto cutting circular hole of dia 326mm and depth of 150mm or as required for fixing of existing fitting in PQC rigid/ flexible pavement of runway or as per requirement for fixing of light fitting and precise alignment for following items all as specified and directed:-

Material and labour for Re-installation, testing and commissioning of Runway Inset light fitting and Runway Elevated fitting any type, Taxi way light, Stop bar lights, CI Box, Isolating Transformer, Sign boards, PAPI Units etc with base at new raised surface of runway including transport from the store upto upto runway site, GPS survey making (X,Y,Z coordinates) and submission of completion drawing, to its existing position including compaction and ramming the surface and making good the existing surface with adequate material to match the existing surface coring by core cutting equipment on rigid/flexible pavement upto cutting circular hole of dia 326mm and depth of 150mm or as required fixing of existing fitting in PQC rigid/ flexible pavement of runway or as per requirement for fixing of light fitting and precise alignment for following items all as specified and directed:- Note:- The dismantelled items shall be handed over to the users and AGE (E/M) shall re-issue the reusable items for exection at site.

Supply and fixing of C.I. Housing Box along with top lead, round type, metal container of size 330 mm dia and 450 mm height made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all around, except the top surface which is 15 mm thick suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on top, having clear holes (for AFL cable entry) center 3" above bottom surface suitable to receive 1 no 50 mm dia GI Pipe & check nut as required. The box should have two Earth Bolts of M-10 x 30 mm welded inside near the cable entry hole on one side and having a drain hole at the bottom suitable tapped to receive 15 mm dia GI Pipee and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos M 10 tapped hole at the ceter 260 mm dia to receive fitting base plate and bolts as required.
