M&L Peparation of existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming coat / tack coat with paving bitumen VG10/ cold emulsion @05kg per 10 sqm on road surface laying, rolling, consolidating 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed semi dense ashphaltic concrete carpet with 5.5 % binder content of bitumin grade VG 30 by weight of total mix laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with pressure roller and 8-10 power road roller and be achieved a uniform smooth surface with pneumatic vibratory roller complete all as specified and directed . Note: Mix shall be prepared in hot mix plant as per job mix formula obtained from authorised testing lab and laying will be done by mechanical paver.

Repair to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in road path etc cutting around edges, at least 25mm in depth and applying tack coat using paving bitumen VG10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm,making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming ( including supply of road metal ).

M&L for prepairing bituminous surface of the road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre line , stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like not exc 10 cm on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262 - 1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers.instuctions complete all as specified and directed by Eng in Charge. Note:- Mix shall be prepared in Hot Mix plant as per job mix formula obtained from authorised testing lab and laying will be done by mechanical paver.

S&F in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmX100mmX20mm with PAMA strip lens with reflector. Fixed with and incl. MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer instruction.
