Supply and Transportation of UPVC Pipes (Class-I) IS:4985/2000 Certification marked with latest ammendments, Ivory Grey coloured, both end plain, along with one matchingcoupler/socket(Class-II)duly IS:10124/1988 matked & required Solvent cement duly IS:14182/1994 marked for each pipe. Length of each straight pipe 6.0 mts with tolerence (± )10 mm. (ISI Marked).

Supply and Transportation of Nipple Type 150 mm dia NB Alfa Alfa valve "Type-C". (1no Handwheel for 04Nos of Valve) as per existing drawing

Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite and sand stone), including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils, within a lead of 75 m as directed.The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling,dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth in layer not exceeding 15 cm. Including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete with earth obtained from excavation of foundation. (Sec-1A,Pg - 1, Sl.no.- 3(a) of PWD-2017)

Filling in foundation or plinth by Silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidated the same by through saturation with water ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand.a) Fine Sand ( Page- 02,Item no. 4(B), PWD SCHEDULE-2017)

Single brick flat soling of picked Jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand. ( Page- 1, Item no. 1, PWD SCHEDULE 3rd corri-2018 )

Labour charges for fitting, fixing 150 mm. Dia. Repair of puncture/holes of any size in existing PVC. Pipeline of HDTW/MDTW/RLI by placing half round PVC. Pipe section of required size to cover the holesl puncture having adequate bearing on all sides and joining the half round section with solvent cement after roughening the surface with wire brush, emery paper to make the joint leak proof as per direction of Engineer-in Charge (cost inclusive of supplying solvent cement at site and transportation of required length of PVC.Pipe to be issued departmentlly, for cutting half round section, from Sub-Divisional Stores to site){ WRI&DD SOR 2018/ Chapter No. IV.SLno.2.40,page no-21,Item No-2

Labour charge for replacement of damage PVC. Pipe of any length in the Pipe line of HDTW 1 MDTW 1 RLI with new piece/s of pipe after taking out the damage pipe/s from the existing pipe line by cutting with hacksaw and joining the new pipe/s with the existing pipe line using necessary couplers after roughening up surface with wire brush, emery paper and applying the solvent cement (cost inclusive) to make the joint leakproof (pipe & couplers to be supplied departmentally) including transporting departmentally issued pipe/s, couplers etc. from Sub-Divisional Store to the Site all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. { WRI&DD SOR 2018/ Chapter No. IV.SLno.2.40,page no-21,Item No-3

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic enamel / oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary. Two coats (super gloss hi- gloss except white)

For Water transmission Arrangement of RLI I 4% extra over the schedule rates, save & except for earth work in excavation & filling works, will be allowed for extra carriage by cart I boat I head load besides initial transport by truck etc.for Item no-1 to 17 excluding item No-1,3 & 4 {WRI&DD SOR 2018/Introduction Point no-8)
