IMPELLER (12000 CU M /HR CAPACITY): Manufacture, Supply, Fitting and fixing S.S.-304 grade impeller of 635 mm dia. X 110 mm width in overall dimension. Welded with 12 nos. skewed fins/blade (size: 175mm x 100mm x 4mm thickness) at 30... Angle on the impeller centre point with Back plate and Front plate. Size of Back plate and front plate is (635mm dia. x 6mm thickness) respectively . After Fitting, Fixing of shaft with impeller dynamically balance for smooth air discharge capacity 12000 cu. m. /hr.

Re fixing /mounting the 12000 cu M/ hr I.D fan /bIower over its foundation by Means of nuts, bolts, washers connecting the inlet and outlet canvas cloth duct & wearing the ...V... belt complete alignment in respect to driving motor of 25H.P squirrel cage motor

PALMER BLOCK: a) Supply, fitting and fixing C.I palmer block for suitable to EN-24, 60 mm dia shaft including proper alignment and fixing in the pedestrian of the blower for free run of impeller.

EN-24 SHAFT OF IMPELLER (60 MM DIA, 1000 MM LONG): a) Supply and fixing with EN-24 shaft of 60 mm dia x 1000mm long complete machining in true length, both side steps down 50mm dia x 150mm long or 100mm long for impeller side and pully side respectively incl. key slot on both ends having dimension 150mm x 10mm x Smm for impeller sideand 100mm x 10mm x5mm for putty side on both ends of shaft is grilled and tapped 12mm dia. for lock washer to fitted of 100mm dia. and 8mm thickness and centrally drilled for 14mm dia.

MANUFACTURE, SUPPY & FIXING OF BLOWER WITH ENCLOSURE OF 12000 CU.M/HR. CAPACITY ID FAN MADE BY 3 MM THICK SS-304 SHEET (AS PER DRAWING) OVERALL DIAMETER 1300 MM CIRCULAR BODY AND DEPTH 400 MM DELIVERY SIDE RECTANGULAR SIZE (650 MM X 400 MM) AND TRAPIZOID PORTION PARALLEL LENGTH 800 MM, 200 MM RESPECTIVELY, HEIGHT OF THE TRAPIZOID 650 MM SUCTION SIDE TAPPERED TO CIRCULAR SHAPE HAVING 500 MM TO 380 MM AND LENGTH 680 MM. FITTED WITH PEDESTRAL FOR PALMER BLOCK RESTING INCLUDING SUPPORTING FRAME OF THE BODY ON NECESSARY R.C.C FOUNDATION WORK.
