Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI or steel wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 15mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternatee layer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Length of earthwire and protection pipe in above mentioned item is considered upto 7.50 m length, additional length required shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down ceiling / exhaust fan including sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to MES E/M store yard.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan energy saving and fancy type 1200 mm (minimum) sweep three blade, 5 star BEE rating (minimum) without regulator including clamp set, hanging rod and necessary connecting PVC insulated Flexible cable of size 0.75 sqmm copper conductor for connection from ceiling rose to fan and connecting complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Model- ES-50 Premium of Havells or equivalent make as per Appendix 'B'.

S&F fan hook made of MS flat iron 50 mm x 6 mm, 300 mm long deformed to proper shape including nut and bolts for fixing of ceiling fan complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing exhaust fan 300 mm (min) sweep MS CRCA body and metal blades with double bearing with self closing louvers, AC single phase 230 volts, including electrical connection with twisted three core PVC insulated flexible cord of size 0.75sqmm copper conductor from celing rose complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Model- Ventil Air - DB of Havells or equivalent make as per Appendix 'B'.

Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps, 240 volts complete including taking down old unserviceable existing item.

M&L for LT XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty cable 1100 volt grade ISI marked with alumimium conductor multi strand cross sectional area 35 Sqmm x 3 1/2 Core including taking out old unserviceable cable of any size complete all as directed.

M&L Galvanised steel water tubing 40 mm bore, light grade with all fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short plugs and union etc.) for cable protection, fixed to walls, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Sand cushioning to the full width of trenches for protection of cables including punning down complete all as specified. Note :- Thickness of sand cushioning shall be the thickness after punning down.

Supply and laying for sub class 'B' bricks, old size, flat, common clay laid in trenches across the trench as cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, testing & Commissioning of heater water storage type electric geyser (vertical cylindrical type) 25 Litre capacity suitable for 240 volts, AC, single phase with BEE 5 star rating(minimum) and metallic body, porcelain enamel glass lined inner tank including fixing arrangement with providing including suitable capacity flexible cable 3 core 1.5 metre to 2 metre length and necessary connection, fixing on Walls with and including all necessary fitting material i.e. Mild Steel Bolts (Bolts to be grouted), Nuts, Washers etc. and surface finished with cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.
