Material and Labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 ,Type-D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Chequerd Cement Concrete tiles glossy finished of size 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment , set , jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00Kg /Sqm as in floors , laid over with and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles bullnosed 32cmx 20cm x 30mm thick as in treads , with grey cement and pigment , set , jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00Kg /Sqm as in treads , laid over with and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick as in treads , with grey cement and pigment , set , jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00Kg /Sqm as in treads , laid over with and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Machine cut kota slab 20mm - 25 mm thick ( Kota stone as approved by Engineer-in-charge) as in flooring , laid and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg per Sqm mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing , laid over with and including 15 mm thick screed bed in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles , thickness 7mm to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular), colour as approved by Engineer-in-charge area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00Kg per Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour / shade of tiles , laid over with and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles , thickness 7mm to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular), colour as approved by Engineer-in-charge area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm as in verticle surface , set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00Kg per Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour / shade of tiles , laid over with and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Providing, cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (Using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
