Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Air Cooled Hi efficient Top Discharge Modular Type VRF Outdoor units having cooling operation with highly efficient Inverter Scroll Compressor with R-410A refrigerent green gas. The Outdoor units must have accumulator. The Outdoor units condenser fan minimum external static pressure not less than 82 Pa. All the units shall be provided with micro processor based control for sequential starting of condensing units, advance refrigerant control with Silicon coated refrigerant cool PCB for very high ambient temperature , Liquid back flow protection , precise oil control technology, 3ph DC motor condenser fan motor, various electrical protection like-phase sequence, high /low voltage protection ,compressor overload protection, fan & compressor temparature protection & pressure protection.The Outdoor unit also having blue fins with 4 face heat exchanger with anti-corrosion coating & capable to run stably even in 52 °C. The outdoor units must be works upto 43°C without any deration & Cooling EER not less than 3.96 on 100% load at AHRI condition. (Data to be substantiated with TDS from OEM) approved by EIC. Capacity: 16 HP ODU (actual Cooling Capacity at 43 deg C ambient) - 3 Nos. [Total: 16 X 3 = 48 HP]

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of VRF Medium static duct type metalic indoor unit with cordless remote, comprising of blower fan / runner, coils , thermostat, electronic expansion valve, tubes,fins etc. The Indoor units must have inbuild nozzle for long disctance air flow . Minimum capacities of each Evaporative units are as follows: Approved make :Mitsubishi Heavy /OGeneral /Trane. approved by EIC.

a) 3.5 TR Med-Static Ducted IDU (minimum cooling capacity 12.5 KW, Air Flow not less than 1150 CFM)

b) 3.2 TR Med-Static Ducted IDU (minimum cooling capacity 11.2 KW, Air Flow not less than 1075 CFM)

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of VRF Concealed metalic Type Indoor unit with cordless remote, Inbuild drain pump,comprising of blower fan / runner, coils , thermostat, electronic expansion valve, tubes,fins etc. Minimum capacities of each Evaporative units are as follows: Approved make :Mitsubishi Heavy /OGeneral /Trane. approved by EIC.

a) 1.5 TR Concealed Floor Type IDU (minimum cooling capacity 5.6 KW, Air Flow not less than 540 CFM )

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Y shape Multikit Joints. Multikit is consist of 2 nos copper joints (Packed in one box with Model nos) and 2 nos separate insulation suitable for these Joints (packed in one large box). (Approved make :Mitsubishi Heavy /OGeneral /Panasonic.) as required as per direction by EIC.

Supply and Charging of Refrigerant: R-410A as required as per direction by EIC.

Supply, design, fabrication and laying of Hard drawn Copper Refrigerant piping (Make- Rajco/ Rayko) complete with thermal insulation (Make- Armacell) by closed cell Nitrile Rubber Insulation, Nitrogen pressure testing, leak testing, vacuumizing, Refrigerant charging and commissioning work by using proper scaffolding and safety arrangements. (As per direction of E.I.C) for liquid and suction line with hard drawn copper piping complete with fittings, elbows, bends, supporting arrangements on walls as follows:

Supply & Fixing of G.I C-Channel Refrigerant Tray Holding support, IDU hanging from prefabricated structure by 2 Nos. MS Angle (40x40x6mm) & MS U Channel (75x40x6mm) of length 8.5 ft (Approx) including necessary holes fixing by fasteners, Indoor Unit Hanging support with fastner, L-Clip, nut washer, rubber washer isolator etc. for Hanging the Indoor units & laying and fixing of refrigerant pipes as required as per direction by EIC.

Supply and fixing of a coat of star bond or equivalent adhesive on Sandwidtched Cable Tray of refrigerant pipes & then the Tray shall be wrapped with fibre glass cloth over glass cloth one more coats of star bond to be applied on cable tray exposed to sun as per specification complete as required as per direction by EIC.

SITC of heavy duty anti vibrational pad to protect the system from any kind of unwanted vibration as required as per direction by EIC.

Lifting Shifting of Indoor and Outdoor units, Scafolding with MS Tube, and Carriage of materials including civil work like cutting, finishing and mending good the damages at site as required as per direction by EIC.

Supply & Charging, Flashing of Dry Nitrogen as required as per direction by EIC.

Febrication of iron Bracket/ platform which consist 75*40*5 mm 'C' channel main support, 50*50*6 mm iron angle for main frame & cross angle support from wall to structure, 25*25*5mm iron angle for safty guarding fram, 25*25*6mm iron angle for making 450mm wide both side platform of out door unit for future maintenance work, it should have the facility to install the Outdoor VRF Unit and sufficent space should be maintained both side of the outdoor unit for maintenance work also have suitable angle support between wall & bracket and painting the same incl. drilling holes in each Angle including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with (1:1 ½:3) cement concrete etc. and painting. Base area of the platform will be as per Machine configeration & load with adequate service access as per direction by EIC.

Supply and fixing 50 mm thick TF quality 16 Kg/CuM density Expanded Polystyrene slab on the ceiling by using suitable bituminous compound, sealant, GI washer, GI wire and complete facing with 22 SWG GI Chicken wire mesh having maximum 1 inch hexagonal gap.(As per direction of E.I.C) (Make: ASTHA/BEARDSEL)

Supply & Laying of 1.1 KV Grade FRLSH Cable (Make-Finolex/Havells/Polycab) for Power supply to IDU and Control on wall/existing GI Tray as per direction of EIC

a) 4 Core 2.5 mm² PVC insulated Copper Cable (FRLSH) (Make-Finolex/Havells/Polycabwith 25 mm Rigid Conduit (Make-Precision) For IDU.

Supply & Laying of 1.1 KV Grade FRLSH Cable (Make-Finolex/Havells/Polycab) from incoming ELCB/MCCB Power source to ODU with 25 mm Rigid Conduit (Make-Precision) Make-Finolex/Gloster as required as per direction by EIC.

a) 4 Core X 6 mm² PVC insulated Copper Cable.

b) 4 Core X 10 mm² PVC insulated Copper Cable.

c) 4 Core X 16 mm² PVC insulated Copper Cable.

d) 2 Core X 6 mm² PVC insulated Copper Cable.

Supply & Fixing of MCCB/ELCB for ODU & IDU as required as per direction by EIC.

Supplying & fixing of PVC cable end loop box of size (270 x 225 x 135 mm) including providing drilled holes incl all necessary items as required for the input power of ODU of AC System. (Make: Syntex:Model No.: GSJB 3126/Hensel)

The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them. Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/ submission of bill. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules

Defect Liability Period - 3 (Three) year after completion of work
