Maintenance of Cummins engine model NTA 855R for two years consisting of C checks and breakdown maintenance including supply, erection, testing & commissioning of material on Tower wagon in DFCCIL Mumbai Unit.

Maintenance of Cummins engine model NTA 855R for two years consisting of D checks and breakdown maintenance including supply, erection, testing & commissioning of material on Tower wagon in DFCCIL Mumbai Unit.

Check, Servicing cum CAMC for Self Starter & Alternator, repairs & replacement & to attend all break downs as and when required for each T/Wagon. (24V battery alternator)

Comprehensive maintenance of electrical wiring system of engine/transmission with control panel accessories repairs including auxiliary contactors/coil & lugs, insulation materials etc. & to attend all break downs as and when required for each T/Wagon.

Comprehensive AMC of traction alternator including repairs/ maintenance of rectifier, diode, RRA wheel, minor winding of aux. exciter rotor and exciter armature

Check, Servicing & CAMC for Air Compressor, repairs and servicing of pneumatic 7 switches, replacement to pressure switch, solenoids, rake valve and components & to attend all break downs as and when required for each T/Wagon

CAMC for DG set and lifting platform unit including spares and power pack, remote 8 pendant, buttons etc. but including hydraulic valves replacement including repairs/replacement of electric motors of power pack and swelling motors of power pack & to attend all break downs as and when required for each T/Wagon

Comprehensive maintenance of major switch gears for repairs/replacement of 9 mastercontroller, rectifier group, resister, RRU & reversal assy. Includes maintenance of contacts, repairs and replacement wherever required (LS) & to attend all break downs as and when required for each T/Wagon

Comprehensive AMC of traction motors including repairs/replacement of pinion wheel gear, bearings, belts, repairs/lamination gel coating, treatment of armature & to attend all break downs as and when required for each T/Wagon

Cardium compound for traction motor as required for top up

Replacement of V belt set for underslung engines
