Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 250 KVA Three Phase Servo Motor Operated Line Voltage Correctors Suitable for outdoor installation with three Warranty conforming to relevant IS Codes and meeting specific requirements (Refer details as laid down in Scope of Work Annexure “A”)

Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Cubical Type General Floor Incomer Panel Board suitable for 415 Volt, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz AC Supply System including In-comers, Outgoing Bus Bars, interlocking, etc. (Refer details as laid down in Scope of Work Annexure “A”) Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Cubical Type General Floor Distribution Panel Board Suitable for 415 Volt, 3 Phase 4 wire 50 Hz AC Supply System including Incomers, Outgoing, Bus Bar, interlocking, etc (Refer details as laid down in Scope of Work Annexure “A”) Chemical earthing of AVR, Incomer & Distribution Panel: S&F of copper chemical earthing and Earth continuity strip of size 32x6 mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to wall or any other indicated situation including insulator with bolt for fixing on wall as per site conditions.

Supplying, Laying, Jointing, Testing & Commissioning 1100 Volts Grade LT XLPE insulated PVC sheathed as per IS-7098 (Part 1), 1988 with latest amendments, galvanized steel strips or wire armored, heavy duty electric cables with multi stranded aluminum conductors laid in trenches/passing through pipe/duct/road crossing or fixed on poles walls with suitable size clamps made out of mild steel flat iron including jointing materials such as crimping type lugs made out of mild steel iron including jointing materials such as crimping type lugs brass cable glands heavy duty double compression type etc. for making electrical connection from Incomer Control Panel to AVR, AVR to AMF Panel of DG Set and from AMF Panel of DG Set to Distribution Control Panel. 3.5 core 300 sqmm Armoured Cable approx. (70 meters) Supplying, Laying, Jointing, Testing & Commissioning of 1100 Volts Grade 4 mm sq , 4 core copper power cable laid in trenches/passing through pipe/duct/road crossing or fixed on poles walls with suitable size clamps made out of mild steel flat iron including jointing materials such as crimping type lugs made out of mild steel iron including jointing materials such as crimping type lugs brass cable glands heavy duty double compression type etc. for making electrical connection for making Electric connection between DG Set, Alternator and its control panel around 130 meter in length Note: Rate to be quoted for laying per metre of cable.
