Dismantling existing tanks of capacity 2000 ltr and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of 100 mm cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of 75 mm cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 300 x 7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting , dado etc. over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 thick set and jointed in neat cement mortar and pointed in white or colour cement to match tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick,SIZE 55 CM x 55 cm laid over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror finish) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick as in skirting, dado and pillars etc , laid over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror finish) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Water proofing roof treatment using APP polymeric water proofing membrane minimum 3 mm thick and weighting not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm black finish reinforced with non-woven polyster matt wt not less than 150 gms/Sqm with thermo fusable finish laid over compatible bitumen primer at the rate of 0.40 Ltr/Sqm over cleaned surface including parapet,applying a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg per square metre over priming coat torching over laps with a propane or butan gas torch with a over lap of 100 mm at the side and 150 mm at the ends and sealing all as per manufacturers instructions incl wire brushing and cleaning the top surfaces of concrete, roof surfaces etc. with water including flashings and junction of parapets etc complete all as specified and directed.

Grey coloured PCC factory made tiles, ISI marked, 25 mm thick of size 250 mm x 250 mm, machine pressed and cut polished and set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and fabricated using grey cement & pigments. over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with and including WPC as per manufacturers instruction ,bedding joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces , trowelled to even and smooth surface without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, on stone surfaces or surfaces other tha fair faces mixed with water proofing compound on top layer, trowelled to even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing comound ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as in ceiling/soffits of slabs/Chajja/ Sunshade finishing the plastered surface even & smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls over and including a coat of primer and 1 mm wall care puty including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Copper/Aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, any type / size complete with removing all connection and accessories, fittings and fixtures such as switches , sockets, ceiling rose,pendent holder,fan regulator any type , all type of tube light fitting , batten , steel or PVC conduit , casing caping etc compele and making good the disturbed surface of wall , floor etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-- Rates for cutting/chases in walls and making good disturbed area deemed to be included in the quoted rate

Taking down old and unservicable sheet metal enclosure , switch fuse unit , distribution bord any type /way / capacity including fuses,MCB's , insulator etc complete after removing all connection and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/ outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches,sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators, etc. for reuse at site or carrying to the store (To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS ,with stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm (nominal area ) single core , flame retardant low smoke and low halogen FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed , 1100 V grade conforming to IS 694 ,marked TEC and FIA approved in and including PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked 20mm dia with all fittings and accessories, concealed type/ surface type (surface type only on ceiling), PVC junction boxes, modular metal sunken/flush boxes of any modules from 2 to 18 Modules with Inner and outer modular cover plates, including FRLSH flame retardant low smoke and low halogen rigid PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area )single core cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Taking down and re fixing the existing water Geyser /ceiling fan/exhaust fan any type and any size after necessary servicing/greasing complete incl painting all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed..

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.50 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth; for foundation or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pierholes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq. m on plan and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each,excavated soil in soft/loose soil, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil/ excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Clean dry sand laid in trenches/ducts for bedding and cushioning to cable, 8cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable including spreading, levelling and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. Note : Consolidated/punned sand shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and laying burnt bricks sub class "B" old size for cable protection laid flat length perpenducualr to the axis of cable complete all as specified and direted by Engineer-in-Charge.

DWC (Double wall corrugated) pipe conforming to IS 14930 Part-I of size 90 mm outer dia and 76 mm internal dia laid in trenches or fixing along the poles or passing through the pipes or laid under floors or through walls/ducts etc. complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0,using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of poles, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of poles, rounded or chamfered on edges with and including using necessary use and waste of formwork for fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of junction box and made out of thermoplastic material of size 240x130x110mm with provision of single phase cable connector and incoming and but going the with mcb sp6-32 amps for security light fitting/ptl, ip 65 protection totally enclosed weather proof with cable entry along with gi clampsnut bolts & washer fixed on pole including dismantling/taking out old unserviceable one all as direc ted.

Earthing complete with and including galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm surrounded by a mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected with and including galvanised iron or steel earth wire, 4mm dia (No. 8 SWG) by means bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron, 15 mm bore (light grade) GI pipe for protection of earthing lead, 20 mm bore (light grade) GI pipe for watering with funnel, wire mesh and including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit and 50 mm thick RCC M-25(Design mix) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sq m) pit cover, C.I frame, charcoal and comman salt filling in alternate layers, complete all as shown and specified in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) complete all as shown on drawings and as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for road / path way any type (Concrete) cutting , including excavation, returning filling in, spreading, leveling, well ramming in layers, soiling with broken boulders/ stones, WBM 7.5 cm thick coarse aggregate received from dismantling the existing road, premix, carpeting 25 mm thick using ready mix patch mate material, rolled and compacted for road patch repair work, complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI pipe medium grade 80mm bore inclusive of all fittings such as tees bends, elbows, reducer, bellmounth tube ends and all fixing accessories such as couplers book, nuts,saddlers, pipe hook etc(8.0 meter long) complete with gi base plate, finial taper, plug,bolts, nuts & screwa etc including making the holes on the pole ( bottom and top) suitable size form drawing of wire 1.5sqmm 3 more rouinf flexible for connection of security light fitting from junction box to light fittings including of one prime coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of sliver paint including dismantling/taking out old inservicale and all as specified and directed.

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables (heavy duty) cross sectional area 50 sq. mm, 4 core,stranded aluminium conductor including cable glands, cable lugs etc , to suit the cable size, 1100 volt grade, ISI marked, laid in trenches or fixing along the poles or passing through the pipes or laid under floors or through walls/ducts etc. complete all as specified.

Note: For the purpose of arriving at lumpsum amount, the amount of credit schedule i.e Sch 'A' section II (i.e Rs 70,741.00 shall be deducted from the total amount arrived.
